I was going to leave it blank but you asked for input...
We stepped in for lunch. Only one other party was there when we initially sat and waited for service. That other party looked like they had just received their drinks and were talking among themselves. We were waited on eventually. Had our drinks within another few minutes, and the salad came not terribly long thereafter. Certainly not the longest initial service...but it was just two tables present though...so.
Breakdown of issues: The server delivered our pizza to the other table alongside that table's original order by mistake. We saw and overheard the interaction, as we were one table over, and the correction came by a second staff member but that table insisted on ordering the mistakenly served pizza and kept it. It happens. You wish it doesn't but it does.
The real problem was, maybe a couple minutes later our server told us that our pizza was delayed(the exact same pizza order that was delivered one table over) and that was it. No other explanation was provided. No timeline. No sorry for the delay. No empathy displayed. Nothing. We waited for what appeared to be the amount of time it takes for our order to be re-made. It wasn't just another few minutes, as if it was being fired up and it would be out any moment now, no. It must have been somewhere around 10-15min afterward, conservatively. For reference, we saw maybe two small carryout orders leave between placing our order and finally being served our pizza.
It was also exceptionally hot outside, breezy but still a uncomfortably hot afternoon. The small dining area, which is also part of the shop front, was only marginally cooler than it was outside. If the A/C was running, it was running very lightly. Like FPL recommends running only just a few degrees cooler than outside temps for lower energy bills kind of climate. All of our cups were sweating with condensation, pooling at the base and dripping as we drank. I did not feel any moving air inside the dining area and I don't remember seeing any fans inside. It's a tiny place. To note, there are wall-mounted fans for the outside dining but those were not running whatsoever.
The heat was inescapable that day. The food was slow to come out. It did not feel like a hospitable environment. The only great experience I had that day was the spicy caesar salad. I ate my slices hurriedly and sat outside waiting for my wife and daughter to finish theirs.
I don't want pizza or love from this...
Read moreHonestly overpriced pizza. FOUR STARS for the pizza. Everything else isn’t even worth rated.
Summary: i had a dinner party tonight at 7:30. I called at 5:45 to order pizza… the rudest and most argumentative person answered the phone to explain to me that they “don’t take phone orders” and “we only take order online.”
I asked the manager on the phone “I want to help you guys out by giving you a ‘preorder’ two hours in advance so that you can prepare your kitchen to have it ready at 7:45 for pickup.”
Your manager did not understand this consideration/helpful request. I even went as far to explain to her that it would help your productions flow. But she did not comprehend this request nor accommodate our order.
(Determined pickup times are a standard for pizza restaurants.)
If you can’t accommodate orders called in early, then at least ensure your preparation times accurate for pickup.
Me- “Ok.. I’m fine with that but I want to place an order to pick up in two hours” Manager- “Babe we only accept online orders and they take 20 mins for pickup”)
Our conversation ended with me being reprimanded to “order online, and it will be ready in 15-20mins from when I order.” So I said “ok I’ll order online” and hung up.
I very rarely get yelled at by an aggressive person on the phone but accepted it and just hung up because I figured I’d place the order online at 7:15 to be picked up at 7:45 like she said was my only option.
I arrived at 7:47. Order isn’t ready. It’s not even in the over.
I ask to speak with the manager and she said she was the manager. She said it’s going to be another 10-15 mins because they were busy. (JUST RUDE)
I told her this is why this business will not be here much longer because of her nasty attitude. I was insulted and discriminated upon by someone who clearly should not be in this industry.
TO THE OWNERS: Your business is going under, you have a great product that does not match up with your service. I know for a fact this manager does not line up with your service goals and definitely does not line up with your companies mission statement. (Look at all your other terrible reviews… I’m not the only one)
I’m disgusted and the pizza tasted worst than what it was.

Read moreOverall so disappointing. My husband and I use to come here before my son was born 7 months ago and wow has this establishment changed. Don’t even bother looking for the service to be performed, they are charging you for he service they don’t do, yes they are charging a “Dine in service fee” to literally order your food at the counter and still have to remind them for certain items. After that don’t count on them checking in on your table. It’s basically ordering take out to just sit and wait to take it home, but get charged an additional fee after your supporting their business. To be honest they are already so expensive as it is!! I mean $15 for a small Cesar salad I can buy a whole head of lettuce and make it myself for less than half the price and $37 for a pizza, like WOW smh. The best part that floored me was that they served us with paper plates and plastic utensils!! We were in shock. So not only do they not take your order at the table your subject to polluting the planet more by the way wasting paper plates and plastics utensil! Honestly the quality has gone down the drain! I highly would not recommend. Oh yeah a side of ranch which was not even 2tbsp was $2. I mean I can literally make my own and sell bottles of it! So dirty to rip off your community who is supporting your business. We will no longer promote this establishment or be dining here! To give them even a star is...
