Firehouse Subs Idrive/Seaworld — Restaurant in Florida

First off I am displeased with having to write this in the first place, my first time ever writing a review. I worked for firehouse subs at international drive for a few months and have not been able to get my W2 since January. I've called Dave who has pretended to be helping me out about 10-15 times and his position as manager seems to be useless. 9th time calling after saying he's reached out about me for my W2 he asked what was my name again after claiming to have wrote it down and reached out to his higher ups. I should have sued the day I got threatened for about 15 minutes on the clock by an old employee in front of customers and another employee who did not want to intervene which I understand. Legitimately won't ever step foot into this establishment ever again with how bad my experience with them has been. The only good item on the menu is the Cajun Chicken and even then it's highly processed and filled with GMO's. If you want real food leave the country. Again...

I have been to this Firehouse Subs many times because it’s close by. But now I go to the one off John Young Parkway 2 more miles away. The difference in the two locations is like night and day. This one on I-drive has horrible customer service. You walk in and stand there no now greets you and they make you wait an unreasonable amount of time to take your order. It’s basically a ghost kitchen for Togo orders I suspect for the Orlando Conference Center down the way. They do almost nothing in the way of customer service. Funny story we watched one of the workers attempt to clean the front door, he sprayed the door and wiped at it allowing the window cleaner to drip and streak all over the door making it look bad then walked away. They are horribly understaffed and you wait forever to get your food. Thee portion sizes vary so no quality control. Do yourself a favor drive another couple miles and get good service at the one on John...

We arrived after a very long day at a theme park hungry and tired. It was before 9:30 PM when we arrived. Hours on the door said they closed at 10 pm. We ordered our food and sat down at the table and waited for our food. Once they called our name, we picked it up and brought it back to our table. We were promptly and rudely told that the dining room was closed. When another patron inquired why when the sign on the door stated they closed at 10 PM, he was also rudely (and repeatedly) told, "The dining room closed."

We don't have anywhere else to eat at 9:30 at night, and certainly wouldn't have ordered food knowing they wouldn't allow us to eat there. We left and discovered the pickles we specifically ordered were not included.

I am completely disappointed and would not recommend them or purchase food...
