Disorganized Interview Process and Unprofessional Management
Review: My experience with this establishment's interview process for the GM position was unfortunately quite disappointing. Upon arriving at 11 am, I was informed by a crew member that someone would come outside to meet me. Eventually, the district manager conducted a 30-minute interview and assured me that she would be in touch to provide further instructions.
However, after three days passed without any communication, I decided to follow up to inquire about the progress and whether any additional information was required. Regrettably, when I reached out, the district manager mentioned the need to consult with another district manager for a second interview. From that point on, I have been consistently trying to get in touch with them for updates on my candidacy, but to no avail.
During the interview process, the district manager inadvertently brought to my attention the lack of professionalism and structure within their management. Apparently, they had two managers who were not adequately handling their responsibilities, leading to an overall disorganized and unkempt appearance of the business.
The inefficiency and unprofessionalism demonstrated during the interview process and subsequent lack of communication have left me with a negative impression of this establishment. It is evident that there are critical issues with the management that need to be addressed promptly.
As an applicant, I had hoped for a more organized and professional experience throughout the hiring process. Unfortunately, the current state of affairs reflects poorly on the overall management and their ability to run the business efficiently.
I sincerely hope that my feedback brings attention to the areas requiring improvement. Transparency, prompt communication, and a well-structured management approach are crucial for fostering a positive environment for both employees and customers. I trust that the management will take these concerns seriously and strive towards enhancing the overall experience for future applicants...
Read moreOrder online at 8:01pm hubby goes there immediately (we live 2 miles away). Checks in. Gets his order at 8:57pm! And it was mostly drinks!! And it's a Weds night, not even a weekend. And no one there even says.SORRY about the wait! It's literally normal for them!! He gets home my iced coffee is sweet when I ordered no sugar. All food is cold, nothing is hot. Where has this been sitting all this time? So an hour wait and they can't even get it right??? No receipt to be found they did not give my husband one. I'm livid!!! Try to call the location 10 times.. Of course no answer. No one cares! Fast food my butt! SLOWEST place in town hands down! Could've went to a sit down nice restaurant and been all the way to ordering dessert in the same time. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Managers and owners need to look into how this location is being ran.
UPDATE gave them another try, tried to order drinks thru the app for over 15 minutes (you have to use the app for the discount). Rang the bell to let them know and see if they could do the discount from the store, guy answers and when I ask him I hear a lady yelling in the back NO! I ask him if a manager could help me. He said that was her yelling. I asked her name he said AMANDA. She never bothered to come to the intercom or speak to me. It was dead there too, not busy at all. THEY JUST DO NOT CARE AT THIS LOCATION. PERIOD. IF SHE WAS A MANAGER... WHICH I KIND OF DOUBT. THEN WHY BE RUDE AND YELL ACROSS THE ROOM INSTEAD OF SPEAKING TO A GUEST?? AND AS FAR AS ESCALATING.. Read moreService going downhill, stalls frequently closed. They seemed understaffed everytime I go. See the sign posted in the stalls in my picture.
** Decided to give this place another go. Bad idea. After each item the employee taking my order would ask "is that all?" Once I got to the drive through (no surprise stalls were closed) the employee hands me 25% of my order and says "Have a nice night" I explain that most of my order was still missing. She then says "Wait for the rest it's coming" I wait for a while meantime they are preparing the orders behind me. I am waiting on two shakes and two sundaes. She hands me 3 of those items and says have a nice night and closes the window immediately. I sit in the drive thru waiting and she eventually comes back to see why I am sitting there when I explain I still have an item missing she rolls her eyes and says she will check with someone. At this point all the other meals for the people behind me are done. She walks those to the people behind me while I wait on one milkshake. She walked about 3 complete orders out before someone found the time to make my milkshake. The cup was dirty with flavoring stuck to the outside, she didn't give me a straw and said have a nice night for the third time.
