Had an awful experience at this Firehouse Subs yesterday. I placed an order online for pickup through the Firehouse website and received a text that my order was ready. I went to pick up my order and my food wasn’t ready. I waited half an hour until I noticed that people that came in after I got there had already received their food. I went to the counter to ask about my order, but the blue haired girl behind the counter said they hadn’t received it. She asked how I ordered, so I told her through the website. She laughed and said “Oh, that’s where YOU went wrong!” And she and her under 5’ coworker laughed at me. I had waited for half an hour for my food because their system was down, yet it was somehow MY fault for not having the clairvoyance to know their system was down. There wasn’t a sign up in the store, nor was I given any indication by either employee working. I gave them my order and they made it immediately, incorrectly I might add, and then through laughter she jokingly apologized for the delay. I was livid when I left with my sandwiches and vowed never to return to this location. I ordered a large sandwich and a small, both were made incorrectly, even though the blue haired cashier took my order directly, and my small sandwich was comically small. Smaller than I’ve ever seen a Firehouse Subs small sandwich. I paid over $5 for less than 4 inches of sandwich. I will NEVER return to...
Read moreI don’t know if it’s this location specifically but I’ve had numerous problems with this specific location before and do not recommend eating here. The staff was super rude. I was a regular customer with the same order every time just a plain sandwich meat cheese and bread. It is always a very simple order and these people always mess it up. It almost feels like they go out of their way at this point just to upset me. On top of that the last time I went I was extremely upset because when I tried to confirm with them that they indeed did make plain sandwiches she said, “ Oh no hold on.” and proceeded to OPEN UP MY SANDWICH BOX and pull out what they messed up and hand it back to me instead of making a brand new one! Then had the audacity to hand it to me and say, “ There now it’s plain.” They were super rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by giving them my business. Matter of fact when I placed the order for pick up the person on the phone wasn’t even listening to me, kept rushing me, and interrupting me. I will NEVER return to this location again. I’ve worked in customer service jobs before and I can tell you one thing for a fact. It’s one thing to make an honest mistake but it’s how you handle that mistake that can greatly impact a...
Read moreTonight was by far my WORST experience at any firehouse subs location. I arrived around 8:20pm and they were already preparing for closing with all of the seats up leaving you only places to stand while waiting. You could tell they were annoyed by customers entering due to the lack of hospitality. I specifically stated wheat bread and honey mustard not regular mustard on my sandwich which were BOTH IGNORED. One employee stated he thinks he made my sandwhich wrong, but the other male employee said it was fine and that he just missed the honey mustard. I then ASKED was there regular mustard on the sandwhich. The employee who made the mistake said “I’m not sure” and the other employee who had been rushing ppl out all night opened the sandwhich and said it was fine. First bite, all I could taste is regular mustard which led to my tongue tingling due to an allergy! I will be calling and/or visiting to speak with a manager. I was willing to ignore the lack of manners but blatant negligence and disregard for customers health is...
