I came in and sat down right at the bar at 6:30pm on Sunday to catch some football. I literally sat there waving my hands in the air trying to get the bartenders and gentleman that were assisting the bartenders attention so that someone would take my order. 2 gentleman behind the bar literally looked at me and did nothing to assist me. The blonde bartender seemed to be caught up in side conversations at the time. There was a couple sitting next to me that were absolutely in awe of my being ignored for so long. They seemed more upset than I was. After 15 mins of this, the gentleman's wife next to me said, "Really?!?! I guess you're not thirsty..." I could only reply with, "I guess not...". I’ve been eating here with my wife and son for two years. The food is EXCEPTIONAL it doesn’t make a difference what you order. Wings, Sandwiches, Philly Cheese Steak, Burgers/Chicken on a bun, Texas toast, wrap it’s all good! Salads, sandwiches, and their fries are some of the best I’ve had. The appetizers Rock! They have a LARGE Pretzel really thick that circles the pan with 3 chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, and beer cheese dip along with NUMEROUS other dipping sauces that KICK UP the flavor all the more. I HIGHLY Recommend Flanagains to anyone who wants GREAT FOOD at a very reasonable price, TVs all through the place with seated dining on one side and the bar high tops on the other with pool and darts. We put our name on the waitlist but sat at an outdoor table while waiting. A very nice manager came by, offered to set up a table inside, and said he’d call us. A few minutes later, we got the text that our table was ready. When we went to the hostess (Roberta), she was extremely rude and said we missed the 5-minute window—even though the restaurant was half empty and we were literally the only ones waiting. She refused to listen when we explained we had been speaking with the manager and gave us major attitude.
