foosackly's - Nine Mile — Restaurant in Florida

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️When I moved to Florida Foosackleys became my favorite place because they ALWAYS SERVE FRESH FOOD!! This highlights how well the business is being managed as SO many other fast food places give out old food ALL the time & don’t seem to be held accountable by management but at foosackleys the team is well managed and ALWAYS friendly. I have been here countless times and NEVER gotten anything less than scorching fresh out of the fryer food AND friendly service. You will NEVER deal with a rude worker or a worker that’s not friendly. THAT SAYS VOLUMES ABOUT THE MANAGEMENT & I seriously commend them. THANK YOU for always giving great service & giving Pensacola a reliable place to get fresh food that is delicious & juicy & affordable!

‼️TIP/PROBLEM:‼️ One thing I did want to bring aware to the company is 2 small issues I have with the Togo containers, their food is so hot that when you get it to go & drive home, by the time you get there the foam boxes are literally partly melted on the roof of the box so I believe they could use different containers. ALSO (and more importantly) the little paper things that go on the bottom of the foam container that has their logo written in purple ends up coming off ONTO THE CHICKEN which is not good. I have had it happen the last 3 times I’ve came & found my chicken was purple on one side & was utterly confused until I realized it was the paper with the purple writing that came off onto the food. I find this to be the most concerning problem & was hoping this would make the company aware so it could be addressed.

Other then this I hands down give this company 5...

A chicken tender focused restaurant. Brand new to the area. Exterior is a bit to modern and cold. The interior isn't much better as it does not look very inviting. Not having ever been here before I did not know what I chose for lunch. It is extremely loud inside due to design and no noise buffers. They serve toast, chicken tender dishes, fries and coleslaw...that's it. The tenders and food are average school cafeteria quality food. The menu is super limited but it is cheap. Families that feed their small kids fried varieties of chicken every meal can get out without over spening. The ranch dressing is very good here. However, what chicken restaurant does not serve blue cheese? This one. They also serve Coke products but not Coke Zero. The tea is good. I would love to try the fresh lemonade but I personally will not choose this restaurant again. Not because it's bad but because its just not for me. During peak times please consider drying he seats and tables off that you wipe with the same rag. This is my second time visiting this location and I must say I'm becoming a believer. The food is good. Average but consistent. However, the service is absolutely impeccable. I placed an order online while I was at the doctor and the woman at the counter called me to confirm some items I had put in my order. When I arrived she also confirmed some things to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Absolutely outstanding!

Update: I wrote the above review before I actually opened the bag. The fries that I was waiting on I asked for queso on the side. They must have really been in a hurry because the queso is definitely on the fries. I guess that's what I get for writing a review before I open the bag. So now I'll enjoy my soggy fries. All the queso's at the bottom... Minus stars from original review 😔 I was really hoping that this wasn't going to be one of those places where I had to completely dismantle everything in my order to make sure it was correct.
