Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Florida

Jeremiah’s is great, as usual! My daughter had a coupon for a free small item that she received from school so of course we had to go! It’s always a pleasant experience as their customer service is top notch. I was curious to try the sugar free tangerine flavor and was gladly given a sample. It wasn’t for me so I ordered my usual strawberry and my daughter got mango gelati with chocolate and vanilla swirl. It was a great way to get the weekend started!

Of course, we attended a fundraising event at the Orlando Science center and they were there too! Love that they give back to the community and enjoying Jeremiah’s twice in less than a week?! Yes, Please!

Usually never have a problem here, but Monday I went with my family and the young man working the second window decided that talking and joking with what seemed to be a friend, was more Important then taking care of actual paying customers. After five to six minutes they finished the “Very Important” conversation, and his friend walked off... without buying anything!!! Then he went on to say “ I can help you guys over here!” Like we weren’t already standing there and “just walked up”. I was livid and in such disbelief of the whole situation so I decided to LEAVE! The kids were VERY disappointed! Won’t be returning! (Simply tell your friend to hold on one second, deal with your paying customers and then go back to your conversation and fun time...

A yummy place to grab a treat. We go here for special occasions with our kiddos usually. Decent prices for a tasty dessert. I like the blend of the Italian ice and vanilla ice cream. My favorite is the strawberry ice. It can get very busy at peak times (after dinner and on weekends or holidays especially when it's warm out), but the line usually moves at a decent pace. There is not much seating, only outdoor since it is an outdoor counter service only shop, and this shopping center didn't have many outdoor seating areas in general.
