Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Florida

My family and I love the water ice, it's always good flavors all around! However, when we went in yesterday the girl at the front made us all very uncomfortable. We greeted her and didn't get anything back, which was okay. But then we all tried to smile at her and she all gave us dead stares which made us feel rushed and very uncomfortable even though we were the only people in the store. After a few attempted smiles and not getting anything in return we ordered and got our water ice very quickly. Sunday Funday was saved thanks to amazing customer service! After a great day of family pool time with cousins from out of town, we ordered a Sunday pasta/pizza dinner and had Jeremiah’s Italian Ice delivered for dessert. There was a mishap where the delivery driver left with only one of our two bags of ices. We quickly called the store, and the owner immediately reassured us that the missing bag was still at the store. I love this place. The ice cream is great and the service is always good BUT there is little consistency in the sizes when it comes to the cones. Every person makes the medium cone in different sizes. Sometimes it has three layers of swirls and other times it has five.
