Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Florida

I've always appreciated the Jersey Mike's veggie sub compared to other sub spots, but was excited to see they now offer gluten-free bread as my mom has celiac disease. When I explained the gluten-free sandwich was for someone with an allergy and apologize-asked "sorry, but would you mind changing your gloves?" the staff were so kind and supportive - they already had a whole system ready and wiped down all equipment to minimize cross-contamination risk. It did slow their line down a bit, so I'll be sure to avoid lunch/dinner rush hours. But they didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing them in any way which is always a relief!

My mom's allergy is very sensitive and we can happily report no negative symptoms. This was her first sub in 35 years and she was thrilled. The family and I decided to try Jersey Mike's tonight for the first time and the experience was quite disappointing. We were not greeted at all when we walked in, the lady who gave us our order (we ordered online) was rude and said to "have a nice evening" almost under her breath as she turned and walked away, they forgot to include our drinks, and when we returned home, the order was incorrect and the subs were sloppy, the lettuce in our salad was brown and wilted and our food looked nothing like the pics online. Dressing was missing that we ordered, the cheese was wrong on two of the subs, and we live almost 20 miles away. It is ashamed that a paying customer has to endure the disappointment of such a pathetic meal after having such high expectations- what a serious letdown! It would be nice if this Sebring locations manager made some attempt to rectify this poor experience. We will stick to ordering the high quality subs...

The customer service was terrible I went in and ordered a sub, this is my first time coming here and I told the dude nice that I don’t eat white American cheese and he made a big problem with me asking if he could take out the cheese and add a different one but in stead a customer that was seating with his friend said I’ll just buy that one and make him a new one and he yelled at me and told the man he can have it for free but just before he said that was money coming out of his pocket I’m disappointed with this place and that haven’t even been here long enough for anyone to not like , the staff needs to be talked to and new policies need to be in placed, the man said his name is Mr. Gonzalez he is the store manager and he is still acting disrespectful. Terrible first time and I will not be going back to it...
