Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Florida

On November 21st 2024 I had my husband walk into this store to order me a sandwich, my first time eating from jersey mikes. I asked him to place an order of the number 44 which to me sounded like the best sub on the menu. Nothing else sounded appeasing. He brought the sandwhich home to me, I took one bite and immediately was repulsed by the taste. He took the sandwich back to try and get a refund, there was only an assistant manager there at the time, to which I don’t remember her name but when he expressed to her that I didn’t like the sandwich, they asked him what was wrong. He told them that to me the sandwich was disgusting and soggy, she then replied “the sandwich is supposed to be soggy” and just offered to remake it. My husband refused this offer to which the assistant manager told him there is nothing else they can do about it as they do not give any refunds. The store assistant manager was not understanding, quite rude and also there was another worker there making the sandwiches who jumped into the conversation and told my husband to just go away because he is not getting a refund. These people are so unprofessional, I still have the nasty sandwich sitting in my fridge with no resolution. No money back. I am trying to get in touch with corperate now at this time, and next steps will just to be a charge back from my bank. This is very unacceptable and I won’t be a returning customer and I will make sure to share my experience...

Why why WHY isn't there a jersey mike's in the UK???!? I ordered a cheesy steak beast of a sub during my first visit to this place, it was pure heaven comfort food and loved every mouthful but I could feel my arteries clogging up the more I ate, as good as it was I'm not sure if I would order this regular. I enjoyed my first sub so much I went back some days later for round two, this time I went for an Italian monster with EVERYTHING on, whatever they had to offer was crammed into my 15" sub (I suggest you do the same). I seriously think this was the best sandwich I've ever tasted, that said I think there was too much meat stuffed in there which is something you don't often hear. I absolutely love Jersey Mike's! The area of Champions Gate has a limited offering as far as dining experiences. For so long the offering was restricted to an Italian, Chinese, English restaurants with anchor chains like Chili's and recently Miller's Ale House. My experience with Jersey Mike's was exceptional, I ordered online and arrived to a very busy location. Major perk of on line ordering is you advance immediately to the pick up area. I ordered the Big Kahana Philly Steaks and seriously surprised at how well seasoned it was and piping hot. More often than not whenever I order a Philly elsewhere the taste is underwhelming and a soggy mess. Because of this experience I did something I never do and that was joined Jersey Mike's reward program.
