Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Florida

I placed an order, today by phone for my co-worker and myself. We ordered a total of four sandwiches, I gave the guy on the phone, the sandwich numbers and the names of the sandwiches. We only special ordered one steak and cheese sub. We sent another coworker to pick up the subs and when she came back, they gave and charged us for an extra sandwich and didn't even get the steak and cheese specially ordered sub right. I call, tell them what happened and we'll just keep the extra sandwich, but we would like to come and get the right steak and cheese. The girl on the phone said ok and I told her again the special order. When another coworker got there, they once again got the sandwich wrong. Another coworker who ordered a BLT (#1) got just burnt pieces of bacon with a little mayonnaise, at this point we were over this and didn't want to go though the ordeal of trying to explain what should be on a BLT, we just assumed one would know what the B.L.T. would stand for. Very disorganized, sloppy subs, left parts of the salad had to wait in line again to ask for the rest of the salad trimmings

I dont know why but I returned to the shop to give it another chance. To my discuss just before they made our subs and I had mine converted in to a salad the girl came by with out changing gloves went to clean the sub prep station after sweeping up all the previous sub droppings like bread crumbs and trimmings she swept it into the lettuce bin not to throw out but to reuse on my subs and salad I thank you not when I explained that it was unsanitary they refused to get new lettuce and didn't get my salad my wife took her sub but I refused mine and the kid behind the counted askednif I wanted a free sub I said sure but he then wanted to use my points I told him just to forget it and paid forntheh 2...

The last two times at this location, order our usual, regular steak and cheese no issue, a mini #13, and both times the girl made a turkey reg, not even close.I assumed it was for someone else. But no she said I ordered turkey. Then makes a #13 regular. The first time I just took it to get out of there. The second time I corrected her again, mini, which she did, She must have an aversion to pickles I asked for because both times no pickles. Never had these issues at other Jersey Mikes, but I will drive by this location to go the other...
