Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Florida

Placed an order on Uber eats. Told me it’d be ready for pickup in thirty minutes. After about an hour of waiting i come in, wait in line as 5 other people are served full sandwiches in front of me, then when they ask what i want, i pointed to my open meal ticket from an hour prior. Took them like 20 minutes to make it from there. Would not recommend ordering from here. Terribly run. Meh food

Edit: you can see the owner commented. My order was completed at 7:27. It’s Uber, mr/ms Jersey mikes owner, when an order comes in and it gives a time it will be ready, i expect it ready. This didn’t happen. There’s no indication that you need to go in and instruct your poorly trained workers to make the sandwich on a ticket. If i wanted to order in store i would have went and ordered in store. I paid in advance, why in the world would i not pick it up? Doesn’t make sense.

A smart shop owner can acknowledge their wrongs. A fool tries to discredit. Customers always right is clearly something you were never taught (or your employees) Thanks for showing everyone on google which you are. It bolsters the fact people should stay away from the place, lest they are searching for disappointment.

Edit 6/24 an Uber order should be prepared when a ticket is made, once again. An Uber eats customer shouldn’t have to ask them to make it. I didn’t even have to wait inside. Why would i call your store? I’ll leave the 1 star review, better luck next time?? This isn’t Uber, it’s Jersey mikes....

Wow / Amazing My wife & I have Really Enjoyed take out from Jersey Mike’s on Lyons Rd. Boca Raton for the past year. Love the bread / tuna for my wife - ham & turkey for me. We have read SO MUCH abt. Both were Rude & Very Unpleasant. I requested their names & the line manager said do what you have to do. I paid for the piece of bacon - left a tip. I have a choice between 2 Jersey Mike locations. Today I intentionally called in an order to this store. Because of the weekend donations to Feed America I ordered yesterday from the store on Lyons and Glades. Today I was disappointed. Ordered one Turkey with cheese and light mayo. The Mayo was definitely not light. The other was the Philly chess’s steak. I was asked with onions and peppers. I said yes all the way including mayo . My sandwich not only didn’t have peppers it didn’t have mayo. When the young man answered the phone, I thought this isn’t good. But went against my intuition. Besides that, my husband went to Publix to get cash and gave the young man $20, cash saying thanks for doing a great job.
