First of all I love the pizza and boneless buffalo sauce wings I usually order twice a month - so delicious. But on my last order I ordered two sets of buffalo or hot boneless wings so about 30 in total. Only 2 of the 30 wings had sauce on them. Not the end of the world. It was after 10 pm so I just figured I would stop by later in the week and ask for a credit or a refund for just the wings as the pizza was delicious. Well when I finally stopped by all the manager could do was come up with reasons why they couldn't rectify their mistake, needed to call back that night, had to stop by the next day, etc. Not sure why it's so difficult to fix your mistake. Wasn't my mistake. Anyways her attitude was so condescending it was laughable. The order says it will be ready by 6:30pm and I get there 20 mins after and ask the girl taking my payment when can I expect my order she shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know? Your 34 and we are only on 20. That is absolutely ridiculous! !!!!!!!! She said online doesn't know how busy we are. Excuse me that's not my problem, Jets. You promise prompt service on your site. Read moreI usually order my pizzas there, but after my experience tonight when ordering over the phone about 45 minutes ago, I will not return. I found the person who took my order to be more than rude, and he decided to hand the phone to someone else and maybe tought that it was okay to badmouth me while I was waiting on the line. I asked the second person if he was a manager, he said yes. I told him that I have heard what the first person said and I repeated it. He then said that he did not hear anybody say such things. Awesome. On top of treating me bad, the manager acts like I am an idiot. I have already called headquarters and I hope that they will be able to listen to the full conversation.
