Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Florida

I wish I had read the reviews before going here! This place deserves zero stars. I have been to 100s of Jimmy John’s and never had any issues until this one! Horrible and gross is an understatement. Delivery was 45mins but pick up was 10mins so I decided to just go and place my order in store. I walk in and two men are making sandwiches one was on his cell phone. I stand there for a good 5mins before the man on my phone who was closer to me ask if I’m there for a pick up order, I said no I need to place one, he then hangs up his cell and walks over to register to take my order he puts it into the computer all while wearing the same gloves he had been making these 3 sandwiches with and on his phone with, then proceeded to start making my sandwich without changing his gloves, as I notice this I look behind him and the other man is wiping his nose with his wrist because he’s got gloves on making sandwich’s, he does this a couple of times wiping his nose and goes back to making the sandwiches, I then politely ask the guy making my sandwich if he could replace his gloves as he was just touching the register and his phone. He gets an attitude rips them off then proceeded to touch his phone again. I said no thank you I’m not getting a sandwich, you not only touched the register where you handle cash but you touched your dirty phone. Zero stars for service. Ordered online only to arrive and the ONE employee was sitting at a table out front. I told her I had a pick up order and she looked very confused. She finally checked the printer & the order was still sitting there. No apology was offered, in fact she begrudgingly started making my order. Before she was done, a male employee came from the back. She told him nothing so I brought it up to him hoping he could 1) see her behavior 2) make sure he knew she wasn’t checking for orders. He made some excuse over it being loud in there and they often did not hear the order printing. There were zero other customers in the restaurant. She handed me my sandwich and a drink cup. I had picked out chips. It’s all laying right in front of her yet she didn’t put anything in a bag. I had to ask for one and only then did she hand me a bag and watch as I put my sandwich & chips in it. I asked for napkins and she points to the end of counter. Then before I could leave the store she walked around front and sat back down at a table having never said another word to me. Wow, just wow. Wish i read the reviews before we stopped. Not our first stop at a JJ but first for this location. On vacation shopping and looking for some freaky fast food. Definitely not the case with this one. Manger said I burned rolls earlier so we are waiting on ones to finish cooling. So we took our seats no big deal. When sub's were ready, we count and we are short 1 sub. Bring the bags back, that I had to put all the subs in, because they didn't even offer to bag our food. And Dude literally rips the bags apart tossing subs aside to count. They figure out the sub the missed and made it for us. Now back to the house 20 min a way..... only to find out that my #12 beach club is simply a veggie sub, nope they forgot the turkey...and my daughters veggie sub only had mayo and lettuce. Which they forgot the cucumbers and cheese. So to say the least this was a very poor attempt at lunch. Called and they offered to remake but when your on vacation and 20 min away it's not worth the effort. If on vacation don't waste you time at this JJ location. You will have added stress you don't need and not enough protein to get...
