Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Florida

Ordered for our office and delivery was super quick. I honestly would've waited an extra 2 minutes to have someone with common sense finish packing the order. We got 2 pickles, one whole and one quartered. The quartered was big and beautiful. The whole however was a disgrace, the pickle was about half the size as the other. If someone with common sense packed the bag they would have known the two would be going to the same location. I possibly could've accepted this pickle if it had been alone with no comparison. They also didn't deliver any condiments that were given as order side options. I think I may just pick it up next time.

Side note: I did call just after delivery to see if they would even make a decent customer service attempt to remedy the complaint, and they did not. Therefore you get...

Placed order through the app. 50 minutes after the text says order on its way still nothing so I called where the manager was rude telling me the driver delivered my food to some man outside… when I explained that i don’t know who he gave my food to but wasn’t my friend or anyone for my home, that the driver should of came to my actual door, she told me she was going to refund me and hung up on me all rude… no refund has been made! That driver should of been forced to pay for the original meal and what I ordered should of been made remade and delivered the way it was instructed to do so. Wasn’t my fault the driver just gave the food to a stranger. When I tried to call the store back they won’t answer! So now I paid $20 for food I never got ! Worst...

First and last time there. I've never written a review before, but this experience needed to be shared. I know the employees that I'm writing about could probably care less (the guy that made the sandwiches), but maybe his boss will read this and "direct" him to treat the customers better. I asked if I could sample a piece of capicola. The guy taking our order had to ask the guy making the sandwiches, and he rudely said NO. I couldn't believe his attitude. No wonder the place was almost empty at 4:30 on a Friday. And to top it off, the sandwiches had the least amount of meat and toppings of any "sub" I've ever had.
