Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Florida

Normally I love this place, I come to this location at least once a week. I also know my review isn’t going to do much but I’m pretty annoyed. I placed an order well before close and arrive to pick it up 25 minutes before close. The lights looked off when I pulled in but saw employees inside, but of course the door was locked and I was really confused because it was only 8:32. The 2 guys inside just stare at me I guess hoping I go away but I could see my order. After a minute they finally let me in and looked confused as to why a customer would come during business hours. I asked if they closed early and the guy says “not usually” okayyy so you closed the store early hoping nobody else would come in? After walking out I realized I was missing stuff from my order and I had to go back in again. I didn’t realize I had to serve myself at Jimmy John’s when teenagers are working. Really dissappointed. I've had good experiences at other Jimmy Johns but went here for the first time and probably will not likely go back. For some reason the meat on the sandwich that I got seem to be dwarfed by the bread. It literally looked like somebody had just dumped a couple of slices of luncheon meat on a huge roll. I am willing to pay a premium for a good sandwich but it's laughable to pay that type of money for something that looks worse than what I can make it home. There are also a lot of items missing from the condiments area such as straws for drinks. I also wanted a cookie but they had to get it out of the freezer I'm not sure why they didn't have any in the display area where some other types of cookies were sitting but for some reason I guess they had to put the chocolate chip ones out or they had run out and not restocked it. service was definitely subpar as well in...

Just went in to pick up my online order and was asked to show my ID? I’ve never been asked before to show my ID. after I received my food I went to my car and checked my bag to make sure everything was there and was missing 2 bags of chips as I check my receipt to make sure I had them on there and paid for them. I went back in and told them I was missing 2 bags. The cashier told another women who had given me a dirty look that she put 3 bags of chips in my bag which was not possible. The bag was full with 4 sandwich’s and one bag of chips on top. She was accusing me of stealing two bags of chips when I wasn’t at all. I never received them.
