JJ's Bar & Grille — Restaurant in Florida

I'm typically not one to review a place, if I don't like it then I simply won't go again. Went Tonight on a Wednesday at around 630pm. Place was probably 50% capacity so not super duper busy. Put our drink, app, and food order in within 3-5min of sitting down (server didn't write anything down, tbh not a fan of servers that's don't write a ticket) and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. 45+min later we questioned where our waters and soda were. Others (who we know) who were at our table mentioned they've been here roughly 2hrs waiting on a basic hamburger. At just under/at an hour of waiting ALL the food and drinks ordered came out. I had ordered buffalo wings (they were hard and overcooked), my mom had ordered a quesadilla (not fully cooked/cheese not fully melted). My mom's friend ordered a chicken pasta combination that the server swore she had to cook herself as the kitchen was no help. The burger the other patrons at the table had ordered was about as basic, as a basic burger can get. I had planned to stay and have a few drinks after having some semblance of a dinner. But after having to wait an hour+ on water, soda and food. I decided against waiting another hour to get my drinking on.

Also I get that most patrons are older and may have hearing issues, but those of us who are younger and can still hear quite fine, the music/karaoke is too loud, even trying to talk in someones ear, 6inches away it's still very difficult to understand what is being said. If possible I would have given a Negative 5 Star rating for this sandwich. I pulled in the parking lot and took the time to read the reviews about the food. Whereas I was having mixed feelings, I walked and asked the bartender, what’s better the Philly Steak and Cheese or Wings, well she recommended the Philly Steak and Cheesesteak.

The order didn’t take long to make about 10-15 minutes as promised. But after Two Bites of the sandwich I became sick. By far this is the worse sandwich that I have ever consumed. am not sure what the person cooking is putting on the this Philly beside Steak, peppers, onions, cheese and possibly a little bit of salt and pepper, the need to stop. As I expressed, this is worse sandwich I have ever eaten and have eaten some meals while serving in the military for over 20 yrs which had me questioning wether I was eating meat or not?

I wouldn’t dear attempt to feed this to my dog. The meat stinks and meat doesn’t smell fresh at all!

I live in Riverview, if traffic and distance wasn’t so far I would take this...

Our time here was terrible. We ordered food and it was wrong. For example, I asked for two flavors on wings, the wings came to me naked being slathered by a single sauce, and then poured in the corner of the bowl. It was a very lazy dish and unappealing.

The server was frustrated when we tried to correct our order politely before she blew her fuse and left us alone without attempting to correct our orders. It was a very unprofessional serve.

A cook actually came out and harassed female customers. We happened to see him touching her improperly, grabbing her butt before he had to be escorted back to the kitchen by a bartender.
