Today my Winn-Dixie experience was the worst I've ever had there. When I got up to pay my bill for my groceries, I use my plenti points. So as a result, my bank account got charged twice. When I went to management I was told that we're sure that the money will come off your account. That's been our experience. And I asked them from a customer service point of view is that truly the right response? I think that management could have handled the situation A little better. It literally took 25 minutes out of my life to deal with being charged twice on my bank account. Using your plenti points apparently is a Bad Thing. Read moreAs a cashier myself, and self checkout host, not only myself, but my mother, who frequents this location have had more than one poor experience on the front end. Customer service doesn't want to aleiveiate the cashier's, if they have any, they seem to backup frequently. Their self checkout registers are sensitive, but the employees seem to be bothered to help customers. You get the impression that the front end employees are miserable to be at work.
Dennis in the deli on the other hand is cheerful and helpful! Always friendly and has a smile on his face. They should put more people like him on the floor! Experience matters to customer relationships and keeping returning customers. Work on...
Read moreConsumer ALERT! DO NOT buy meats from this Winn Dixie, we have had to return 6 packages of meats in the last 6weeks.. Refrigerate & by next day the meat has turned.. Bought 2 packages of steaks we had to return them both as they had turned while in the store, when you opened the package the smell hit us in the nose.. Bad meats have ruined, chili & spaghetti sauce.. we literally won't shop there anymore.. Even though there are disabled people in the home & it's closest to us, we won't RISK getting sick & we don't want any of you getting sick..
