Edit from a 1 star to a 3 star: I very much appreciate that y'all fixed most the issues that were happening at this location. You guys did a great job in getting people to cover when they didn't have people show up. Shout-out to: Steven; he has always been and will always be a great asset to your company. He's very knowledgeable about the products and knowing what may work best for the individual. Always kind and does his best to acknowledge you when you come in, even when busy.

Nina; she is always kind and also acknowledges you when you come in, always cheerful. Even though she is new, she has made my experience enjoyable when visiting the store.

Kayla; I don't see her as much because she works the morning shift, but when I enter the store she doesn't acknowledge me and is always on her phone, even when she was there for 4:20p she'd be on her phone and limit conversation. She makes me feel unwelcome.

I'm a regular at both Spring Hill locations, I like the edibles. Sadly the Deltona location has been having issues with their staff not showing up. I did some errands yesterday and stopped at the Deltona location for 4:20p. When I pulled up at 4p the open lights were on, I decide to smoke a cigarette waiting for 4:20p talking to the other regulars. It was 4:10p when I noticed the open lights went off. At 4:15 the lady came out and told us that the other location was open, excuse me but we all know why we're there at that time, there was no time to make it in time to the other location for a 4:20p dab. Why not yell from the door and say hey I'm closing but if you'd like a 4:20 dab before I go I can do that. I haven't been happy with the hemp dispensary for a while now. I think I shall start looking for another store to buy from. If you've never done a review for them do it and show them, they'll give you a free dab, that's how their ratings are so good.

Response to owner: I tried calling and no one picked up. It would be great to know ahead of time whether I should waste my time and gas before I go. Also if you have someone staying until 4p, then what's the harm in staying 30 mins later for the people literally standing outside waiting for the right time. Hire people that want to work, and need the money, instead of keeping people that aren't going to come in and ruin your business. Or possibly hire some part timers that can take over shifts when the person that's supposed to work calls out, or change your hours. If you don't hire reliable people your business will suffer, I like your store and the things you offer but this Deltona location is suffering on being closed. The one major negative thing that I will say about the hemp dispensary is that the lemonade and other drinkable hemp items cannot be opened! Not by me or anybody in the store or a large man with muscles! The owners of the hemp dispensary are aware that this is a faulty item because it cannot be opened! However they choose not to reimburse anyone for not being able to open the item!The people that work at hemp dispensary are so informative + friendly, Kayla + Deshawn just to mention a name or two. I think I just found my new Fav place! 9/10/23 I had bought the lemonade three times! 3 * the cap on the lemonade was impossible to open! Not only did I try but I brought it back to the store for two of the people there to try to open it and they could not do it either! After numerous times going there to try to open the cap I called management and told him I wanted a refund or at least some kind of monetary compensation or a discount off items because of the four times I had to go there for one item! The management said no discount because it's not a faulty the lemonade itself is great it works so well but if you can't get to the product what good is it! Out of common decency the management should do something about everyone complaining about the lemonade! I was skeptical of hemp flower and the like but I decided I needed to check the spring hill location out because of their advertised wide selection of cannabinoids. I walked into a cannaseure's dream with product lining the walls and beautiful well stocked glass displays. The hemptender was knowledgeable and was able to provide perspective on and answer in depth questions about any product that caught my eye. The free samples of the delta eight distillate out of a rig were an awesome touch, and gave me a firsthand view of the meticulous sanitization procedures in place. As for the product, being a daily cannabis appreciated, I found myself very pleasantly surprised with the delta 8 flower available's potency and flavor, but even more so the amazing quality, freshness, and full spectrum effect of the full spectrum hemp.
