Ordered 2 desayunos lurin, person that took the order refused to quote me the price, twice I asked and twice he told me he couldn't do it. Arrived to pick up the order and they couldn't find it, went to the back and came back with a fleshly made order slip. They never took my order, but they didnt tell me this, instead they told me they were out of sweet potatoes, my choice were a replacement or wait. I choose a replacementment. Meanwhile they were rushing my order in the back. Since it was rushed they gave me raw onions instead of actual salsa criolla, which youll see in a picture. I havent been to this place in over 10 years but I decided to give them another try, I regret it. They offer good products but their customer service is TERRIBLE, not bad, terrible. If anything Ill give them credit for being consistent. They are just as bad as they have...
Read moreThe food here is consistently excellent, but unfortunately, the customer service leaves much to be desired. On both of my visits, I encountered two waitresses who were not only unapproachable but downright rude. Their attitudes made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected, especially when they took my order. During my first visit, I witnessed one of them arguing with another employee right in front of customers, showing a complete disregard for professionalism. My recent visit confirmed that this behavior wasn't a one-off, as their poor attitude continued to affect my experience. It's clear from other reviews that this is an ongoing issue. I plan to speak with the owners in hopes that they can address and correct this problem. I love the food, but the customer service needs significant...
Read moreThe food is great but the costumer service not so much. The Peruvian staff are always kind, polite and ready to explain every dessert and meal so you can make your best choice. Other workers among whom I count an Iranian middle-aged man (who once rudely berated me in front of all customers and other staff for daring to choose which piece from the dessert tray I wanted), and today a Colombian dark-skinned lady with glasses and black hair (her accent in Spanish gave her away and she seemed extremely offended that I dared speak to her in English and even when I switched to Spanish pretty much ignored my questions about the menu and my bill) are exceptionally rude and spoil the whole visit. This is a Peruvian business, please hire Peruvians, they know how to serve costumers with courtesy...
