What an absolutely awful experience from start to finish. The only saving grace was the male host, who was friendly and professional. However, as he called my name to seat our party, another hostess mockingly repeated it in a condescending tone. Whether it was directed at me or the host, it was unprofessional and set a bad tone for the night.
Once seated, we waited about 15 minutes before even seeing our waitress. When she finally appeared, instead of greeting us, she scolded the hostess for seating us in her section, referring to our table as “that,” as if we weren’t paying customers. When she did acknowledge us, she immediately asked for both our drink and food orders at the same time. While we were ready, it felt rushed and impersonal.
I was the only one in our group to order a cocktail since I wasn’t driving. The drinks took an excessively long time to arrive, and the waitress was nowhere to be seen for much of our meal. We understood she was busy, but the lack of attention to our table was unacceptable.
When the food was finally brought out by food runners, my meal—a steak salad—was missing. The waitress finally checked on us halfway through everyone else finishing their meals, at which point we told her I still hadn’t received mine. Instead of offering an apology, she simply said she’d check on it. Another 20 minutes went by, and she returned—not with my salad, but with just the dressing. At this point, I had been sipping an alcoholic drink with no food to absorb it, and the waitress showed zero concern.
By the time my salad finally came out, everyone had already finished eating, so we asked for it to be packed to-go. Instead of having it packaged for me, she handed me a box and made me do it myself. To make matters worse, the salad was made incorrectly, and despite everything, there was no discount, no comp, not even an apology.
We handed over our cards and waited yet again for an unreasonable amount of time before she returned. The lack of professionalism, service, and basic customer care was shocking. We will absolutely not be returning, and I would strongly recommend others to think twice before...
Read moreI’m not one to leave a negative review, I work in the industry and understand how difficult it can be to please everyone. My experience may not match yours and my expectations were possibly higher than they should have been. The wait is long, it seems typical for it to be busy there so we had been told it would be 35 minutes. We got the text about 33 minutes later and saw the text as we were pulling back up to the parking lot after wasting some time shopping. Technically 3 minutes after the text, our table was already given away - no problem, the guy got us a couple tables so worked out for everyone! What got me was the rest of the experience. We just got off a flight after basically 2 days of travel, we were starving for real food. The filet and ribeye were just not good. I didn’t expect them to be on par with an actual steakhouse, I was thinking more like longhorn or Texas Roadhouse. These were more like steaks for a cafeteria or hospital, this type of ribeye I would expect to be on a steak sand-which. You’ll want to add something to the flavor, even the garlic butter. Without it, it is extremely bland. My son’s food was accidentally taken before he finished. Just buttered noodles but he was enjoying them, I didn’t catch it until after and pointed it out and she apologized - I get it, it was busy and I wasn’t touching any more of my steak. I get the check and notice I didn’t get my Caesar salad. The only thing she could do to rectify these situations was to bring out the missing food because she isn’t able to do anything more for us. At this point it has been 2 hours and we still have an hour and a half to drive, so I declined. It’s most likely the policy they teach their servers, however in this case I would have appreciated even the smallest discount and respected it. Atmosphere was fine for kids which is why we chose it and close to fun attractions - just know what you’re getting into. Bathrooms also had blood on the floor and some type of hair in the men’s sink, which people say to judge a place by the bathrooms for a reason. Hopefully they take this review and improve...
Read moreHighly disappointed, we were totally neglected by our server. A table with a different server that was sat after us had already got their food and finished eating before we ever got ours. I asked about the $10.99 deals, but he had no idea what I was talking about and didn't try to find out anything about it for me just tried saying maybe that food was on the regular menu for that price. After ordering our food we never saw our server again until I had to flag him down to ask him to bring out my salad prior to my hot meal. He assured me it would be that way. Well, the salad was brought out then directly after my meal came and I hadn't even got to take a bite of my salad so then the rest of my food just sat there getting cold after being brought out. My medium ribeye was definitely bloody more like medium rare. My husband asked for a drink that he never ended up receiving and by the time the server came back, we were just ready to get out of there as soon as possible since we had such poor service. We were there waiting for our food for 1 hour. And to top it off, I wasn't allowed to use my bonus cards I got with my gift card purchase unless it was divided up separately into different checks. The problem with the bonus cards are prior to me purchasing the gift cards no where on the website does it specify what it can be used on and that it is per check. I was expecting to be able to use all of them at my visit since I do not live there to use them before they expire. I am now stuck with additional gift cards that I wouldn't had bought if the bonus cards had listed its stipulations prior to purchase. That is completely wrong of you to only list them after receiving them and then tell me gift cards aren't refundable. I only bought extra because of the bonus cards, but since I can't use them I would like my other $100 in gift cards refunded or the other $40 bonus cards given to me without expiration dates or whatever you can give me without expiration dates...
