Don't waste your time or money! It started with a misunderstanding that I apparently didn't want to sit with my full group of 7. The "only" available way was to sit in 2 booths. Thankfully our waitress was able to fix that for us. I will say the wait staff is great. The kitchen staff, not so much! We were there for 3.5 hours which is not OK. For a restaurant that seems to market themselves as "BBQ/Steakhouse" I can tell you that the 3 people who ordered steak did not get the tempertaure they ordered. 2 of the people didn't say anything and just ate it. The 3rd person sent the steak back and the same steak (should have been a new one) came out still incorrect. So we asked for the restaurant manager but the manager had left for the night, which is completely unacceptable. So the kitchen manager came out and completely blew off the person who was telling him how the steaks didn't come out properly. The kitchen manager was very nonchalant and didn't seem to care. I'm sorry, but I would expect my steak to come as I ordered it anywhere, ESPECIALLY a steak house. I would also expect a kitchen manager to have been mortified that this happened but sadly, he was not even phased. On top of that issue, some drinks were never even received after being ordered and not to mention it took 20 mintues to get our checks. It was so bad that I have a recording of 2 of the wait staff in the restroom (after they thought we had left) talking about how they need more training and they felt bad for the table. I am sympathetic to the fact this restaurant is fairly new, but I'm not sympathetic as nothing was done to rectify it other than taking 2 of the steaks off the bill. This is why there are these things called soft openings and lots of training for staff...
Read moreWe waited months to check this place out, we went last night and nothing went right. We arrived about 7-730 pm. Our poor server, we found out was her first night, had only 3 tables including us. When we were seated she was getting reamed by a table of drunk guys about the food being wrong, should have been our first flag. They left, now it's just us and another couple table. She brought our drinks and took our order, then she disappeared. A random food runner brought my husbands food, his medium rare T-bone was well done and crispy. 5 or so minutes goes by and our server comes by and asks if there was something wrong with MY food, I said "No, it just hasn't come out yet, and could you please refill my husbands tea", she walks off. A few minutes later, food runner number 2 brings my food, or part of it, I'm missing my salad, my medium sirloin is also well done and crispy and potatoes are so hard I can't even stir them. Server comes back (still no refill), we advise of the well over done steaks and she takes them away, while the rest of our food gets colder, to recook the steaks. Food runner 3 now brings my salad. At this point, my husband goes to refill his own tea. The manager comes out to let us know she personally is watching our steaks and apologizes for the server, we explain other than the lack of refills, it has nothing to do with our server. Our steaks come out, better cuts, perfectly cooked, no seasoning whatsoever, not a lick of salt or pepper, nothing. It tasted like well cooked steak. We finish up, server brings our bill, and they did take 50% off our bill, I just hope it didn't get blamed on the server. Coincidentally, we were both up sick and throwing up at 3 o'clock this morning. This place won't get a...
Read moreWe visited Fort Myers, Florida this weekend to celebrate the life of our brother who recently passed away. After a long road-trip, we settled on a visit to Logan’s Roadhouse for dinner. No one in our 14 party group had visited the restaurant before and given the 9 pm hour we arrived (restaurant closes @ 10) expected perhaps a half-hearted greeting and food service of whatever might be left-over in the kitchen. To our pleasant surprise we were greeted enthusiastically and invited in as though we were the first customers of the day! After seating us as a group in the same area, our drink orders were taken by servers (one of whom was a manager, Denise) and shortly after, food orders were taken. I must say our servers were friendly and personable folks who just made us feel welcomed even though it was near closing and then closed. By this time we were the only patrons remaining in the restaurant and made to feel like royalty! As our appetizers, then main courses began to arrive, we discovered the very unique and delicious brand of customer service being served up at this Logan’s Roadhouse. The Teriyaki Wings melt in mouth covered in a hint of the Teriyaki sauce, the salad veggies were so fresh you could taste each of the veggies with each folk full, the grilled smoked ribs and steaks prepared to perfection per each person’s palate, the shrimp was sumptuous and salmon deliciously moist and tasty, and the yeast rolls, ummmm, kept on coming! So fresh and delicious was the food, that we returned the next day with a group of 30 and were again pleasantly accommodated! To the Chefs in the kitchen , you all know your stuff and we thoroughly enjoyed the dishes you prepared for us! Thank you all for making us...
