The “manager” needs to go through customer service training. I placed catering orders for 26 locations throughout the state for a corporate breast cancer event and this was the only location that gave me a hard time. One of the “managers” called me to tell me I had placed the order at the wrong location. I politely advised that I did not pick her store, the Panera website automatically assigned the order to that location. She then proceeded to tell me my business address zip code was wrong. No. It’s not wrong. I was then told that I would have to call other Panera’s to see if they would do the delivery because she was refusing to do it since it would be more than a 10 minute drive. Wrong again. As the customer I’m the one depending on your store to deliver my order and customer service. If you are choosing to not deliver my order because you don’t want to drove that far, then YOU should be the one contacting other locations to resolve this matter for me. She refused. She was only willing to contact the “help desk” and figure out why she was assigned this order. With no resolution, she advised there was nothing more she could do and advised my order was now cancelled. If you ever need professionalism, courtesy or common sense please do not go here. They’re lacking in all...
Read more08/28/23 . Please stay away from this place . I had previously given this place a 4 out of 5 but my suspicious were correct because my family and I always had stomach problems right after we had their food. Their kitchen seems unsanitary and today through the drive though not only did they mess up on my order but spit on my food as a result of me asking the person taking my order to give me some time and not to rush me when there was no line . I discovered the incident when I got home and upset/disappointed threw the food and failed to keep pictures . I spoke with the manager and he seemed disengaged before I left and was not give a receipt . This took place in the morning at about 900 . If this happens to you file a police report / do not given back the food take pictures and contact the health and food administration of the county and state . There is no need to be nasty to your costumers if they are a bit slow to order specially when there is no line but to also go out of the way to contaminate the food is beyond evil specially when is a family order for...
Read moreI've had it with the slack jobs at this location! For the third time I walk in just before 9 am and they're already out of the Spinach & Artichoke Souffle. I spoke to the manager and she said they only make a few because sometimes they don't sell. I can appreciate that but the problem is they always have a stockpile of the two other souffle options. So my suggestion is a simple one: tell the baker to make more of the Spinach and Artichoke as that one seems to be the most popular, and make less of the other two options.
Higher-ups should either check management on this issue or start advertising an 8 pm cut-off time for the Spinach and Artichoke Souffle. The manager even had the audacity to tell me that I need to get there at 7am to get one. Nothing new in the Idiocracy. Also, train your people behind the register to properly greet every guest, not just stand behind the register like a robot waiting to be activated.
Dear corporate higher ups, please regulate! I really love the brand and the food and the concept. Don't let a few slackjobs ruin your...
