So we went here after leaving another Taco Bell for lack of taking our order, and I don't think it was much of an improvement. This place was filthy. The drink area smelled of garbage and had all this black stuff under and between the soda fountain and tea dispensers. A couple of the team members were more interested in playing on their phones. My burrito was crusty and dry on the edges like it was sitting out for too long, and it wasn't rolled very well to the point of falling apart just by holding it. At one point I heard a blood curdling scream, and then I figured out the team members were screwing around in the back. Just before we left, one of the girls was spraying cleaning solution and wiping the counters and tables down (I thought, "great! They're cleaning stuff."). But then I totally got ill when I saw her wring the cleaning solution soaked paper towels (with whatever else she'd picked up) INTO THE BOTTOM OF THE SODA FOUNTAIN!!! Do not go here ever. Read moreIts unacceptable that every night they have only 4 to 5 cars waiting on the drive through and it takes them over 20 minutes to deal with it. No I am not exaggerating, I live near the area and its a common thing. Now they even tell you before you order that its going to be a "10-15 minute wait" how in the world serving 5 cars take so long??? They should really be looking at what the problem is and start acting on it. If you are in the area at night and want to wait sit in restaurant time on a fast food definitely give it a try. People leave once they order left and right, I still dont know how they haven't figured a way to handle this and more how many cars leave after ordering and some with out even ordering once they know the time they have to wait. We were waiting for order at 4:30~ Pm, before we get attend by the cashier, something wrong was happening with other clients with the manager of this shift, they were argument about the number of their orders and next it escalated quickly, at the moment that the manager was so disrespectful with her, saying: "Go back to your country", while she is a Puerto Rican.
But the moment doesn't stop here, when we order, the cashier that attend us was quiet and nice, meanwhile the manager call for my order number with a no sense attitude to us, saying: "I'm gonna say I'm Spanish so nobody will get loss" with a real.bad attitude to my wife. Unacceptable.
