Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

I have two other places from which I typically order pizza, but decided to give this place a try. I did so because it's very close, we were picking up and it was almost closing time. They made the pizza incorrectly. It was totally the wrong pizza, so perhaps they gave us the wrong order. The store was closed, so I just informed them of the mistake in the review form they sent to me. They sent me a coupon for cheese bread, IF I order more food within the next couple of weeks. Why would I order again and how would anyone know if we eat cheese bread? We did not order cheese bread the first time. Customer service is so baffling to me these days, ha ha! Well, I tried them and am now returning to my favorite two places. Update: thanks for the prompt response! While I have no interest in filing out more forms and do not need any freebies, etc., I am happy to see your understanding that sending random, useless coupons is not always the correct solution. Besides from the fact they fired me and all the other staff at the time without giving any reason, having me lose my job with 0 warning; but also, in cooperation with an event at the local high school, we asked them for a deal for the food supplying the event and it came out to be $36.90. Following this I had come to pay, yet they now tell me that the deal was a "mistake" on one person's behalf (3 people heard and talked about the deal with me) having it come out to be 60 dollars more than what was agreed upon. This is outrageous and severely unprofessional by the team, even coming up with obviously false excuses to prevent them from holding true to their word. If I could give negative stars I would, my order wasn't accurate and the customer service was awkward, uncomfortable and nonexistent. The delivery window was not kept and the pie was not hot when it arrived. The sauce cups weren't accurate to the receipt and my request. I should of known better when the girl who took my order basically had no idea what there specials and pie options were at all. Zero customer satisfaction and willing-ness to work towards that; let alone any desire to. I just moved to the area and thought I would order from them due to the reviews, little did I know those reviews weren't accurate at all and my wallet paid the price. So many things wrong.
