I Went through the line mind you there was only 2 other cars there with me initially when we got our food the first time they missed our spoons no big deal honestly I tried to go inside but it was about 11ish when I came through and when I walked in I was told before I could ask for anything that the inside was closed which I found funny considering a minor who was working and about 5 of her friends were right by the front where you’d order but the lobby was so called closed a bit rude but none the less I asked for my spoons and received them and went back outside to leave I got about a 1/4 mile away and realized they had not given me my fries I paid for so I turned around and was greeted by a very rude elder employee I tried to talk at the main window but was told they were slow go to the window where you receive your food she angrily came over after about 5 minutes and asked what wrong to which I replied I never received the fries she didn’t ask what size and walked of to get them she promptly returned with a small when I paid for a large size when I tried to state that she brought me the wrong size she got mad and told me she’d bring them around front at which this point I was beyond over it and just asked for my fries to which I got them but when i received and drove off I was pick out the bag as a normal person does until they get home to eat and I would have to pull out a piece of hair every so often initially I thought it was mine as I do have longer hair for a male still a bit of as I don’t usually have it happen all that much but when I got home and realized it in fact was not mine that’s when I became absolutely outraged how do you mange to get multiple pieces of hair in someone’s fries I have natural light brown and highlighted hair from being in the sun quite a bit I do have photos and I am trying to actively get them posted I do think everyone...
Read moreThis is not the first time ,I went to this McDonald’s location in Lecanto I will be the first person to walk in and tell you personally how good your burger or fish etc. was. I get out of my car many times and ask for a manger to Complement them when I go through drive- though. so I have done, that today I was very disappointment was going through the inside was closed . they asked me to pull up to the window the car behind me is getting their food and I ordered it before then that’s fine they bring me the food without my drink the fries & the Mc double are Cold I also asked for light on the sauce I thought she was coming back with my drink but they never did order 1516 I have pictures there was a lot of sauce on my burger and I normally don’t eat the bread but it was also on the burger I had to get out of the vehicle hold up the window ask them to give me a refund I’m standing there waiting she comes back they hand me a bag thinking it they corrected the problem. I asked for a refund the first time .They still didn’t give me my drink .got into my vehicle pulled to the side it looks like they might’ve put my burger in the microwave the outside wrapping was warm the fries look like they were the same ones they were cold and hard how can that be if they were busy I don’t get it the kids said they are short help what does that have to do with my food being cold they should have fresh fries and fresh burgers if there was a line .it’s unacceptable !!I understand things happen but you did it twice in five minutes you should’ve make sure the whole order was fresh I asked for a refund I didn’t ask for another order, got thrown in the garbage half of it I didn’t want to hold up the line again so I didn’t go to the window you can’t get inside is your clothes even though the door says were open for...
Read moreNo one at the counter accept briefly, as the person who appeared to be wearing the leader shirt appeared to have to be the one bagging all the Door dash orders. They didn't even turn to greet us, so we ordered thru the kiosk. So when finally we got eye contact with the poor guy bagging lots of orders to go, he said our order didn't show up on their screen since we chose the option to pay at the counter. So finally after 20 minutes minimum an older heavy set white woman and a young man showed up from where they were sitting in the restaurant area. They let me and another customers just stand there, feels like its totally self service. Yet the software and that there are not enough employees to pull this off. The old customer service that McDonald's system originally offered no longer works with Door Dash and messed up software is not giving a good experience. The old mascot Ronald McDonald the 🤡 clown must be turning over in his grave, as what's become of this, it was a very bad experience. Additionally, the employees do not know how the give the correct change back when myself and another customer at the counter paid with cash, they had no one dollars...
