McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

Let me start by saying I am extremely disappointed with the professionalism that I received today around 4:50 PM from two (2) of the employees today while at McDonald’s located on 7405 NW 36th St in Doral. I’ll start by saying I always order through my mobile app and I’ve never had a problem up until today. I placed my mobile order and then a young lady told me to drive around to the first window where I would receive my food. When I initially arrived to the window I was greeted by a short Hispanic female. While awaiting my order she came back to the window insisting that I give her back the receipt she had just handed me to be able to prepare my order once I handed her the receipt she left the window and prepared my food which I thought was weird simply because there were other staff present who was standing around laughing and talking. I’m not sure why the young lady left the front to prepare my food because I would assume for sanitary reasons or unless short staffed that the person dealing with money shouldn’t prepare the food but that’s exactly what happened. Anyways, I had no problem up until this point however I witnessed this same young lady toss a fry to the floor and LICK her fingers as if she had just finished eating so I politely asked for a refund. Someone by the name of Raul ( at least that’s what he told me) came to the window super combative and stated “What’s the problem?” He continued on and on telling me that she can touch my food because she works there not even listening to me fully to know that she had licked her hands prior to trying to hand me the bag. Afterwards he made me wait in line for approximately 5-6 minutes for a refund. I would really like someone to look into this/ view the camera because I always come to this McDonalds however after this experience I’m not sure if I’d be returning, I am extremely dissatisfied. I even pretended to recorded this employee due to his rudeness and he responded by slamming the window! Extremely...

This is my first and last time coming to this McDonald’s because we made it 30 minutes before closing we are in the hotel next to here so we walked over and I seen the guy who was mopping come up and lock the door when we approach the door. He told us to go to the drive-through we went through the drive-through. No one answered the intercom. We went around to the second window. Nobody was there, the first window had a car we patiently waited behind the car we get to the window. The lady is laughing and saying “we are closed. We are not gonna take your order. “ I said “why not we were here ahead of time to get in the lobby & he told us to come to the drive-through” she thn say “I cannot take our order because you don’t have a car “ as she blew vape smoke in our faces. I asked her to go get her manager. Her manager had an attitude worse than her. And told me while laughing ! That she wasn’t gonna do anything she didn’t care they were close no matter the time and to just leave and the young lady in the black thn slam my hand in the window for taking pictures as I did that...

AWFUL! I went there and bought 2 mc double and 2 large fries. Eating my last mc double I found a HAIR cooked inside the burger. I went there and ask to be fixed, and they were only saying they wanted to refund my money only for on mc double. I asked for MY WHOLE REFUND and the manager in charge “Merri” said “OMG that’s normal, Jesus Christ!” she was denying to call her boss until we had to make a situation so she can come in. After she came, she just said I don’t know if this True you ate everything and i said yes because that was my last hamburger. I told them none of the girls was wearing nets on her hairs, and she said they don’t need to, only the ones on the kitchen. I told them look around and tell me if the ones on the kitchen has nests, THEY WERE NOT.
