This is my SECOND terrible experience with this McDonald's location. I wish i could give ZERO stars. First time i had an issue i wrote to corporate and i got this location's manager to reach out to me and apologize. Service wen from TERRIBLE to so-so shortly after. Tonight i waited 1/2 hour to go through the drive through and it wasn't even busy - there were 2 cars ahead of me. I placed my order for a #7 Meal and the woman asked me something about a "burrito" then caught herself, said "sorry wrong menu" then asked if i wanted a drink with that. I patiently told her a #7 MEAL is the burger, fries and drink, aka a combo. Anyway i waited ANOTHER 10 minutes for the first car to get their food. All the while cars were LEAVING the drive through and probably going to the Taco Bell across the street or maybe ANOTHER McDonald's location. Finally it was my turn to pull up to the drive through window and a red headed female was doing something with the soda machine and totally ignored me. A very simple "hi i am new, please be patient" or "hi i will be right with" would've also worked. But by that time i lost my patience, waited for ANOTHER car to pass me as they lost THEIR patience, then i drove away. Absolutely TERRIBLE service especially late night, where another reviewer hit the nail on the head - the overnight crew will say "their system is down" or "system is updating" and they can't serve food for another hour or so. Or they just plain HIDE and pretend customers don't exist. I hope the manager or OWNER reads this review because there is A LOT of competition for fast food late night. Read moreI have never in my life seen such a poorly run restaurant of any capacity.If you go there after 10:00 p.m. expect for somebody to not greet you at the ordering screen but instead tell you hold on, then tells you you don't order here you're going to order at the second window. Then when you get to the second window the lady tells you what did you order and you say are you serious? This is the third or fourth time that I've gone to this location because it's close to my home and I work late hours. I have given them a shot hoping that things may be have changed over the last few months and I am sorely disappointed to say that they have only gotten worse. The older Hispanic woman who works at the window tries to be helpful however she does not receive any support from her team. The tall larger woman who works at night with her is the one that told me to pull up to the second window. She was lazy and unhelpful in the worst way and when handing me my food after 20 minutes of waiting in line instead of saying hey this one is on us or I'm so sorry that your food took 20 minutes and that I asked you to order at the second window She just hands the bag to you and says "have a good one."If the owner cares at all about this restaurant he will visit it at night and see how much of a s* show it really is. Read moreI work in f&b, I know when staff is having a bad day or is genuinely a bad egg. The girl assigned to window #2 today 5/2 at 8:30am was rude and dismissive when I told her I was missing an item. I let her know I think they forgot hashbrowns and she almost instinctively barked back “NO YOU DIDNT ORDER ANY” as if she was waiting for me to say something. I showed her my app and she was like “no it didn’t show on our screen” and turned around. I asked her to check my order again and she rolled her eyes and yelled for someone to hand her one. I didn’t want her to think I was trying to be rude, so I tried to explain to her that it could’ve been the wrong order because the guy in front of me skipped me in the drive through line since we were side by side. When I said “if it helps..” she IMMEDIATELY cut me off and said “no it doesn’t help” and handed me an uncovered hashbrown with her involved hand. She didn’t even bother to hear what I was going to tell her. I was just trying to help in case it happened again. Then I looked in my bag, wrong sandwich. I definitely got the other guy’s order.
