This McDonald's location is off and on with their customer service ... Honestly, way more off than on! 😬 Several new hires are completely ill suited in positions requiring basic customer service skills; namely the ability to speak clearly while easily remaining patient, professional, helpful and courteous, and without fail when communicating with customers. Every reputable organization I've been employed with had zero tolerance for personnel spouting any manner of rude, offensive, disrespectful or sarcastic remarks at guests or fellow coworkers. To experience such disrespect from a brand new hire of yours, a young man so green he has not even an inkling of passable reference, let alone ability to develop appropriate communication skills for himself, as he made his interest for personal growth, maturity and development quite clear - He Has NONE! I was literally sickened. This awful experience began with waiting an outrageous amount of time for this child's trainer, Tonya to assist him with my order entry, and then he completed the transaction as cash payment prior to even asking me how I'd be paying. Still patient at this time, even though I'd planned to use a debit card, I decided to make things easier for he and Tonya and paid cash. Come to find his mistakes made use of my McDonald's app rewards discount impossible (we often come through for specialty drinks and other high-ticket items), so this was starting to get pretty rough. Then as we're meant to pull forward to collect our order, there's an adult male on foot standing at the pickup window chatting up another employee, and he's refusing to move, I back up slowly to speak with Tonya and she tells me the other employee is dealing with something, pull up to keep waiting. Finally I reverse back again very carefully requesting Tonya and trainee please pass through my order since the man and other employee refuse to briefly pause their chat just long enough for me to proceed through drive-thru and leave with my order. They finally concede. I then state my disappointment and ask what will be done to compensate me for all this difficulty, melting large shakes, cold food and horrible service. Tonya returns to me with two cookies, offering them with a, "Here ya go." I replied, "this will not suffice whatsoever. I'd like to speak with a manager now please." I was told there was not a manager on duty at that time. Then, shockingly, the young male trainee spats at me, "Well get outta here then!" I was completely floored by this "so new on the job he doesn't even have a proper uniform yet" employee's obsurdly bold and insanely ignorant behavior. I'm not sure that one's fit for any back-of-the-house position either ... He must be simply impaired or incapable of performing customer service duties, or he's possibly fully unfit for employment altogether....

I spent 15-30 minutes in there Fast Food drive through line Everytime I go there. This time I spent half an hour because not one not two but three cars got around me by going to the outside lane where they take your order. The first person to get in front of me I let go figuring they just made a mistake and will take my order next. Nope two more cars got there orders taken while I'm sitting at the inside lane call box where they take your orders at the speaker actually yelling HELLO, SERIOUSLY!? The only reason my order got taken after the first three cars that got in front of me was because there was no room left for someone to pull up to the outside speaker box so they had to take my order finally. Now if I had been rude in some way or cursing at the person on the other end of the speaker box I would understand putting me in a time out but I only started yelling, Hello!?, after the second car's order was being taken before me by the third I yelled Seriously!? in an annoyed tone. I was in no way rude nor did I complain when I finally got up to the window,30 minutes later, to get my food simply because I couldn't stand sitting in there drive through for a minute longer, not to mention I was late for work and would have pulled away from the drive through without my food 25 minutes earlier but I was stuck at the inside order box with cars behind and in front of me blocking me in. And if I started in on how often they get my order wrong I'm sure you would agree that this is the Worst drive...
Read moreOkay, I usually don't review places, because I feel customers can be very picky and not very understanding or empathetic, but I HAVE to do this!...
My boyfriend goes here every morning as he works nights and we are staying at a hotel nearby until we find an apartment, so honestly we order here a LOT. 9 out of 10 times they get the order wrong even after they repeat it to us. The kid at the first window is really nice and always does everything correctly, with a great attitude...but everyone else...horrible! They don't say thank you, cup holders are non existant anymore, always at least one item missing and one item or more not done correctly, or we get someone else's order. I asked for an iced coffee with light ice and got one with no ice that was warm neither hot or cold and when I looked at the employee weird she just said "sorry, but this is how it is"...and closed the window. I'm almost disgusted with the staff here. I've worked at a Mcdonalds before, so I know how customers can get...but there is NO reason for the employees to be acting this unprofessionally. I have never complained, but have to go into the store every other day after going through the drive through because our order is wrong, and they are just careless. Why work? Please, hire new people! So frustrating. The McDonald's by home depot is much better, and has a lot friendlier staff. Wish I could hug all these employees and make their work...
