I do like this McDonald's location and have not had any issues with any of the employees here with the exception of one. Due to this employee, I am giving it one star due to one particular thing, the General Manager, Logan Poston and his actions...
I will start out by saying this review is mostly on Logan Poston and the way he conducted himself on September 16, 2025. I have not been back to this location since and won't come back due to this experience with the General Manager.
On September 16, 2025 at approximately 4:00 PM, I went to this McDonald's location to get a later lunch with my significant other. We ordered our food and sat down in the restaurant. While we were eating, we witnessed the location's General Manager, Logan Poston speaking to a shift lead employee in the dining area of the restaurant. Logan was speaking to this employee before we sat down and continued to after we left the restaurant about 30 minutes later around 4:30 PM.
The issue my significant other and I had was how Logan was speaking to this employee. Not only was the General Manager reprimanding this employee in the dining area of the restaurant but the way he was doing so was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful and absolutely not constructive whatsoever. Logan was speaking to this employee who was the shift lead in an unacceptable and disgusting way. He spent at least the duration of our time at the location speaking to this employee in the main restaurant reprimanding him for his actions and how he handled the situation they were discussing. The employee that Logan was speaking to in this unprofessional and degrading manner was incredibly respectful and courteous during the entire time. The employee accepted the General Manager's tone and unnecessary expression without any pushback or unprofessionalism although the way he was being spoken to was appalling. Logan spoke to the employee stating that his position at McDonald's was "such a great opportunity" and that he wouldn't be speaking about his concerns if he didn't find the employee worthy of the position and didn't see his potential. During the at least 30 minutes time Logan spoke to this employee, the employee may have spoken for 5-6 minutes in total and not consecutively. Logan harped on the same 3-4 minute points with unhelpful and unconstructive criticisms to the employee. The employee was given minimal time to relay his side of the situation and explain his thoughts and reasoning on the way he handled the situation the way he did.
Logan Poston is unfit for this position and needs retraining, demotion, or termination based on this situation and the way he conducted it. It was unacceptable and demeaning and shouldn't have happened in the dining area of the restaurant nor should he speak to the employee this way.
On our way out of the location, my significant other and I stood aside to speak to Logan while he was speaking to this employee, he stopped mid discussion with the employee and asked us and I quote "Is there a problem here?" Not only is this an odd choice to ask a customer but completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I told Logan that my significant other and I witnessed the past 30 minutes of his conversation with the employee and found it incredibly unconstructive and unprofessional and that he shouldn't be speaking to the employee this way and certainly not in the dining area. Logan said this was the only area he had to speak to him. I find this odd, I'm sure there's a back office. Logan said that we didn't know the whole story and that our concern wasn't applicable cause of this. I said we didn't need to know the story to say the way Logan was talking to the employee was wrong. Logan said he was "sorry we felt this way" and dismissed us and continued his conversation with the employee.
I did call the local Arch Management office about Logan's interaction with this employee and left a voicemail on 9/16 and requested a call about my concern. I didn't receive a call from Arch Management.
Based on all this, I won't be back to this...
Read moreWent there late night with my best friend. Did he ordered a Big Mac I ordered a daily double. My daily double was delicious and made perfectly his Big Mac was super dry as if the Buns were sitting around for about 20 minutes barely had any Mac sauce on it. So we drove back through the drive-thru ask to speak to the manager. When he came to the window we told him about the quality of the Big Mac he asked to see the receipt showed him the receipt he then asked for the sandwich bag my friend did attempt to eat the same which because he was hungry and pay to good the money for it. So there was only about half of the sandwich left he then proceeded to say that if he didn't like it he shouldn't he shouldn't have ate any of it how would he have known that it was going to taste bad if he didn't attempt to eat it which me explain to the manager he then proceeded to call my friend a crackhead and he was very rude and made the comment that if he was outside that basically he would have assaulted my friend so my friend told him we'll come outside which knowing him he would have beat the brakes off of this manager my friend did not even want his money back he just wanted to let him know that their quality was not up to McDonald's standards the. After this experience I will never eat at this McDonald's ever again which is less than an eighth of a mile away from my house I would rather drive the three miles to the other McDonald's then to eat there ever again and I'm just hoping that one day we will run into this manager outside of McDonald's so we can take him up...
Read moreI usually leave reviews highlighting positive interactions in full support of businesses and their staff. Unfortunately, my experience tonight warrants something different. In understanding you are a fast food company and probably deal with an abundance of ppl and different attitudes, I do not think they means that management should relieve those frustrations on patrons or team members! That being said your manager “Jordan” displays a disgusting attitude and demeanour and should not represent any company until she gets it together. It was disheartening to have a wonderful young man help me out(I wish I had his name) and apologize for his manger Jordan’s behavior as she had a “bad day”. I do plan on speaking to the GM as well as reporting this franchise; for lack of better words her behaviour , body language, and interaction with her own team member was disgusting, and I do not even think she can explain why, further than thinking being management equites to be hostile and rude. Again the young man who was actually at the window was great, even while dealing with Jordan’s nastiness. I wish I could say I’m probably overreacting but I’m not , and quite frankly she needs to go and probably be reminded that everyone can be replaced, or maybe put her on a day shift where she may not be so overwhelmed “by having a busy day” that she doesn’t loose herself and a GM...
