I wanted to say that this particular employee which is a manager, and his name is Armando, all I can say is he is the definition of what a manager should be, compassionate about customer service and delivering his best at all times, not every time you come across people like him that goes above and beyond which such strong pride in his job duties. The moment I ordered my food to the moment he brought it to me; I was delivered with full service as if you were in a five-star restaurant. Shows you that managers like him do really exist and know how to treat their employees and their customers. I hope that he gets recognized for his outstanding service that he gives 100% all the time, we are all struggling in a world that is not so nice at times, but Armando brings positivity and genuine attitude to his job role. We often don't get appreciated for the way we are and sometimes it takes that certain person to come forward and put the spotlight on him and show that he is very valuable. I tell them code and let them know what the deal is. They keep telling me it's invalid. I get another code and tell them that one. Again, it says invalid. I ask if I could just show them the coupon at the window. Once there, she proceeds to put in the code again and tell me once again, it's invalid. I understand she might not be able to do anything about it so I just ask for the manager since either way the manager will need to fix the problem or else it's just false advertising. Read moreI would give the service here zero stars a million times if I could. The manager Rosario was EXTREMELY rude to my husband and I. We arrived early morning at around 4:30am for some breakfast since we work an early shift together and they said their system was down. We pulled up to the window and the manager Rosario put her hands up and said “what do you want”. They insisted they had no food and that their system was down that it would take 20 minutes. They didn’t have good customer service at all and were basically trying to deny us service because all they continued to mention was that they had no food and that their system was down even after we offered to wait.
