I like to go inside because when, not if, they mess up my order I can rectify it right away. Today was no exception.Failure at its finest never to disappoint. Waited 15 mins for my order because drive thru was more important as usual. Had to ask for my drinks, napkins, straws, ketchup and salt. I was finally blessed with cold fries, again as usual. Don't get me started on the the bathrooms. Understanding that they were so busy throwing incorrect orders out the drive thru window (I witnessed numerous people coming in to correct the orders) they didn't have time to wipe the tables down. I guess due to Covid-19 they are working on a skeleton crew cause the guy working the counter was busy running orders out for drive thru and ignoring the people standing in line. If there was a drinking game for each time he looked at us and said "I'll be right with you" or " I'm sorry", I'd have to have been rolled out to my car in a wheelbarrow and left in the back seat to die of alcohol poisoning. Good job McDonalds. You managed to take a decent family fast food restaurant (in my younger years) and turn it into an incompetence driven cash flow machine for the CEO and its shareholders. I believe when the socialists in our Country finally get the $15 hourly wage increase passed, things will turn out so much better with exceptional customer service, good food quality, clean restaurants and a good place to take my family again. I'll cut the rest short cause I need to go to the ER due to me busting a rib laughing at the last comment. P.S. the 2 star rating was simply for entertainment...

We went through the drive through and asked for a “2 double cheeseburgers, a number 9 meal, a Big Mac, and we should’ve got 3 fries, and 3 drinks but instead we go all the cheese burgers 1 fry and 2 drinks (we didn’t get a receipt). So I go back into in and say that we are missing 2 of our fries and a drink and we didn’t get a receipt, so she said that’s fine and goes to get the food but then I guess the manger is working the other cash register and asks what we ordered (in a angry/annoyed tone) and we told and and he went into the back for a few minutes and as we were filling up our cup (there was no ice) he comes out and asked us again what we ordered and we told him and he said very loudly “what? I can’t hear you” in front of everyone (I have never been so embarrassed) so then he goes to the back and we are left just standing there. He comes back out and says “you never ordered that” and my friend says “do you want us to pay for it?” (btw we are 13) he pulls a receipt out and says “well yeah”, I go outside to my mom to ask her for money and then my mom goes in and talks to the guy and apparently they didn’t put down the items so then they made my mom pay for it. I will NEVER go to that McDonald’s again....
Read moreComplete incompetence greeted us at this McDonald's. When we pulled in to one of the two drive through lanes we waited to place our order or to be greeted. After watching two other cars get service in the other lane we thought our lane was out of service. We circled around and got in the other lane. Meanwhile another vehicle pulled in to the lane we just left and immediately placed their order and drove up to the window. When we finally placed our order we asked for four soft drinks and one plain cheeseburger. The line was extremely slow. when we got to the window the plain cheeseburger was ready but strangely the four drinks were not. We were asked to pull into one of the waiting spots. Staff and manager looked frazzled with just light traffic through the drive-thru. About 5 minutes later someone showed up in the parking lot with the wrong order. After another 5 minutes the same person came out again with a different wrong order. There were other cars waiting and at this point we just left without our drinks. McDonald's franchise managers really should look into this store. It's a complete circus. Avoid this restaurant...
