McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

AVOID COMING TO THIS RESTAURANT. Second, please be careful with the crew over here. VERY DISCRIMINATING, DEHUMANIZING, and RUDE, especially the managers. Make sure they don't call the cops over you for no reason, RATHER than having a lot of suspicious people come in the store and never call the cops at all. I think the people welcomes evil here and not customers.

I am a loyal guest to the brand and have worked for McDonalds for 2 years. Among the Mcdonalds where I go to within Charlotte County and SARASOTA COUNTY, or even around the country, this is the only McDonalds restaurant where people don't treat you like a customer. How can a regular customer and who has been coming here to this restaurant be all of a sudden be accused of TRESPASSING? What? TRESPASSING? That's nonsense. The people here are telling me that I was harassing a couple of their staff on social media and soliciting them for jobs like this and staff. I never did that.

HOW CAN YOU BE ACCUSED FOR TRESPASSING IF YOU'RE A CUSTOMER? DID I DO ANYTHING WRONG OR WHAT? I even saw 2 young teen crews talking infront of me on a table and I noticed they were like saying stuff against me. When the officers arrived, they handed me papers stating some statements. I didn't even bother to tell or talk to the manager because even the management here in this restaurant shows extreme UNPROFESSIONALISM. The moment that I ordered, there was this manager in RED who looked like an Indian and she was rude. It took me almost half an hour to wait for my order. Then the person who presented my order kind of like SLAMMED the tray infront of me. There is this girl named "MYRKA" Very unprofessional, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They never even said "enjoy, or IF YOU NEED ANYTHING ELSE, LET ME KNOW". Nothing, as in nothing. I only experienced great service from the ones whom I added on social media. I am a people person and establishes friendships/good relationships with the crew. I'm sure that is normal. I added them on social media because I interact with them when I order, and they even seemed nice. Now the thing is I don't know if these people whom I added "TURNED THE COIN UPSIDE DOWN" or is this something to do with the management or both. Because how can they tell you and what made them say that you are harassing someone or trespassing if in the first place, you come here often and are an innocent person? Makes sense right?

This has to do with the people working here. If being friendly/professional means HARASSMENT or SOLICITING, then YOU GUYS HAVE A PROBLEM.

When I spoke to the cops, I told them my side and they told me they just wanted me out of the property, but they don't think I am a bad person. They see I am innocent. However, these young crew members, especially the management don't even seem to understand the word "PROFESSIONALISM". They want people to be safe BUT FOR ME? They're making me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The cops just told me to finish my food and I was good to go. They took my information and I even reported my side to them. There were 2 or 3 other crew members who gave the officers written statements. But this is very degrading. I even explained my side to the officers and they listened to my side. I told them I come here to eat and I never do or did harass anyone. From the moment I walked in until the moment I ordered, I can really tell how the team works. I can really tell how they treat you. I will never forget the Indian looking lady manager whose rude, then these crew

Don't get me wrong guys. I know who you guys are. Very unprofessional. I've noticed some people especially a guy spying on my table and on other's table one time and they didn't call the cops. BUT FOR ME? Why did you call the cops? Its like HELLO, what did I do? Maybe being FRIENDLY IS HOW YOU DEFINE HARASSMENT.

People here in this establishment don't know the definition of PROFESSIONALISM. YOU GUYS ARE DEGRADING and DISCRIMINATING. I'm sorry but you guys are gonna lose business.

This is one of the the best McDonald's as fast as speed and service and great staff that works very hard to get you your food. They always have fresh fries which is always a plus I've never had an issue with fries that were sitting for some time or at least for the a lot of time at McDonald's allows they don't over salt the Fry's they do it darn near perfect. Also their food even though obviously McDonald's carries the same products in each store for the most part this store always seems to have very fresh food that's never sitting. They also have excellent drive-thru staff and their managers and their shift managers that I've ran into are always willing to go the extra mile to help you no matter what that is. I just want to say great job McDonald's here in venice! Oh actually there is one time about a year ago that one employee was very rude because he felt like it was a personal insult that I let him know that he gave me the wrong food I didn't know this until I got all the way back to my house so I called the location let them know what happened and they just said no problem go ahead and come back and we'll take care of it. I end up going back which was a small inconvenience (i understood it was a lunch rush and things happen not the end of the world)( some people treat it like that lol)so I get thereunder this time I go into the building and the managers and everyone else where super friendly as they always are. However I end up seeing the individual that handed me my food .I was just asked nicely who handed me my order, so when I saw him walk by and casually let them know who it was( without saying it loud or anything at all (I really didn't want to get anyone in trouble. I just wanted what I ordered) but as soon as the person over heard the issue being discussed he took it upon him self to join in the conversation by saying he never had served me and had no clue who I was) a...

This place is without a doubt the worst run McDonalds I have ever been to. First I waited eight minutes to get waited on and the staff just stares at you from in the kitchen and expedite area. The people also waiting thought it was a joke. Finally a human came out and I asked what time the register opens. The answer was ewhifhch837hioh which in other words means I only speak a little English. So finally she takes my order and asks ther same questions over and over again. I said this order is to go and use the link. Again she had no idea. In my order was a bacon, egg and cheese bagel with no breakfast sauce and a well done hashbrown. So I purposely stand so I can watch everything. Finally the expedite woman brings the order and now she wants to lie. A well done hashbrown means you take one that is already cooked and you put it back in the oil for two minutes. The woman kept arguing that it was hot and I explained hot has nothing to do with it. She finally did as I asked and put a hash brown back in for two minutes. Thank you and now I have been here for 20 minutes. I go to my car and the bagel had no sauce which is correct but there was also no clarified butter. I did not ask for NO BUTTER so why did you not put any on. Basically they know people will go there out of habit. There are McDonalds that have great staff, are fast to get you in and out and THEY ACTUALLY CARE IF YOU COME BACK. This place could care less if you ever came back because you are BOTHERING THEM.

There is a team called ARCH MANAGEMENT near Fort Myers FL that is 100% perfect in creating a team for McDonalds. They know how a McDonalds should run. This place here in Venice doesn't care about you so...
