Long story short we placed an online order. Sat in the store for 45 minutes before we received our order. While the lady behind the counter made everyone else's order that came in after us. When I walked up to the counter after a half hour of sitting there and asked her if she had my order she yelled at me that if I wanted to come behind the counter and make the sandwiches myself that I could.... So I went and sat back down another 15 minutes later she finally managed to make our order. She had dropped the order slip on the ground. She was extremely rude and she did this in front of my 10 year old daughter and a whole line of other customers.
Why was she left there alone in charge of the store with nobody else there? Because if that person is going to keep giving attitude like that to customers when she is the one that screwed up nobody's going to want to come to your store. She didn't give the doordash driver and attitude when he asked where his pickup order was. Nope she saved that just for me.
Myself and my daughter are in this store constantly. This lady has helped us out before and has been super kind and helpful. She truly showed her true colors today. Also on the Subway app it said that she had made our sandwiches and it had already been picked up...
And after all of that when she finally called us up to get our order I asked her if I could get it to go she had an attitude again. She made a big deal about putting the sandwiches in a to go bag. She did not give us any napkins or the receipt. Once she put them in the bag she turn around and walked off to the next customer without saying a word to me. I will be back in to talk to the manager whenever the manager decides to actually be there. Because of this person does not deserve this job if she is going to treat...
Read moreI ordered a steak and cheese melt with double meat via the app. When I arrived at the store, one of the employees had just started the sandwich. I saw him put all the ingredients on the bread. I assumed he was going to put it in the oven to make it a melt. Instead, wrapped it up and put it in a bag and gave it to me. I said, "Did you make this a melt?" He said yes. Then I asked if he heated the steak and cheese before he put it on the bread, he said yes. His co-worker was even confused, saying to the one who made my sandwich, "Did you really make that a melt?" The one who made my sandwich again said yes. I went out to my car and opened my sandwich. Everything was cold: the meat, the cheese, the veggies, the bread. And the cheese was in the unmelted, triangular-sliced shape. He flat out lied to me. And there wasn't double meat.
Also, the whole time he was making my sandwich, he was talking politics with another customer about how businesses can't find people to work for them because people would rather stay at home and collect money from the government.
It is a shame that Subway obviously put a lot of work and money into refreshing its image and quality of food, but at this restaurant, that work has gone to waste

I know this is subway but you could at least show a little enthusiasm. The place always smells like bleach which is an appetite killer and the beverage center is always a disaster. The ice has black chips of something in it (probably because the staff cant be bothered to clean it), they are always out of iced tea (because the staff cant be bothered to make or refill it) and there are always fruit flies flying around the soda fountain.
