A Fast Food Fiasco
As I sat down to enjoy my McDonald's meal, I couldn't help but feel a growing sense of disappointment. First, they had forgotten to include my dad's bottom bun, leaving his burger incomplete and rather unsatisfying. Then, to make matters worse, the fries were cold and limp, nowhere near the crisp, golden perfection one expects from the golden arches. And the frappe I had ordered? Watery and lacking the rich, creamy texture it should have had. But the final straw was when I asked for some extra sauce, only to be met with a blank stare and an empty-handed employee. And the beef patty itself? Dry, tough, and distinctly lacking in freshness - a far cry from the juicy, flavorful burger I had envisioned. Needless to say, this McDonald's visit left much to be desired and certainly did not live up to the high standards the brand is known for.
Unsatisfactory McDonald's Order
Utter disappointment is an understatement when describing my recent experience at McDonald's. From the moment I opened the bag, it was clear that this was not the meal I had carefully ordered. The missing bottom bun left the sandwich unbalanced and falling apart, while the fries sat limp and cold, devoid of their usual crispness. To add insult to injury, the frappe I had requested was watery and lacking any real flavor. But perhaps the most egregious offense was the lack of the special sauce I had specifically asked for - without it, the entire meal felt incomplete and unappetizing. It's as if the staff had simply thrown the order together without a single thought for quality or customer satisfaction. Needless to say, this was a McDonald's experience I won't soon be forgetting, and one that has left a sour taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively.
Subpar McDonald's Experience
The food quality at this McDonald's location was severely lacking. The beef patty on my burger was stale and void of any freshness, tasting as if it had been sitting out for hours. Even the fries, which are usually a reliable staple, were disappointingly cold and limp, with none of the crisp texture one expects from freshly fried potatoes. To make matters worse, my drink was a watery, diluted mess, lacking the flavor and consistency of a proper milkshake or frappe. The final insult came when I asked for a simple condiment, only to be told they had none available. Needless to say, this was far from the quality meal I had anticipated from a major...
Read moreOkay, so I used to be a regular at this location, but after what happened, I don't think I will be anymore. The food was fine, and the lady at the window during the overnight shift was super nice. It is the manager I have a problem with—Isa Fernández is her name. This manager is one of the most idiotic people I have ever met, and this is what happens when you hire kids as your managers.
Let me explain. Like I said before, I used to be a regular at this place (usually overnight). One day, this lady took my order. When I got to the window to pay, I greeted her, and she rolled her eyes. I thought it was a coincidence until I went again a week later, and she did the same thing. At this point, I decided to ignore it and move on. A week later, I went through the drive-through, and as soon as she realized it was me (I always order the same thing), she started barking into the microphone, making it impossible for the other guy to take my order. When I got to the window to pay, she came and started laughing in my face, then proceeded to roll her eyes at me.
I later asked the guy if they had hired a dog, and he said it was his manager and that she didn’t like me. I called her and told her it made sense she was barking since she actually did look like a bulldog. And that’s about it. I hope they do something about her because all the other employees I have spoken to have said the exact same...
Read moreThis was the slowest most horrible and disgusting experience i have ever experienced at a mc donald’s. If you’re the manager reading this, fire EVERY SINGLE WORKER and find some new ones. If you want some specific people, a very overweight lady with pink hair, a skinny hispanic girl with long hair, and the two skinny hispanic boys working there. It was busy and i respect the fact that it’s a little slow and whatever, but when you and your co workers are going to STOP AND TAKE A PICTURE OF THE SUNSET IS RIDICULOUS AND RUDE. The overweight lady with pink hair pulled out her pink glitter phone and called all the workers i mentioned to take a picture and look at the sunset that happens every single night. It’s so utterly disrespectful and they were trifling. They also were just laughing for five minutes not doing ANYTHING until they told me to pull up at the last window so they could give the food which was made horribly but it’s expected from a mc donald’s. If you have literally any respect from your costumers, please fire all those teens that don’t know what to do and how to do their job. Plus if you’re the people who were working there at the time, learn how to do your job right and if not then don’t work at all. This was also at 7:30 pm not at all super...
