McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

My daughter and myself had went to Yamato Japanese restaurant in Wesley chapel as as we were leaving the restaurant at 10:00 or so it was going to be impossible to get a dessert so I said well I'll go by McDonald's get a couple apple pies this was around 10:15 p.m. Saturday the 7th and again I was staying that we had left the Chinese restaurant so like I said we went to McDonald's hoping to get a couple apple pies but they were out and I swear since I've never tried one of your cinnamon rolls give me one so I got the one cinnamon roll and it was warm I could feel it through the through the cardboard box 100 and make sure I had what I was supposed to but anyway the 15 minute drive home by the time I got there The cinnamon roll was naturally not warm anymore but when I took it out of there cardboard container and started consuming it I noticed it was extremely hard I left it for 10 15 20 minutes or so I went and got milk come back and in that little bit of time another 10-15 minutes and the cinnamon roll was extremely hard now am I wondering do you do you cook your cinnamon rolls and then they basically stay in a container until someone orders one and then they microwave it because this sometimes is what happens I've noticed with some of the hamburgers I've ordered the butter gets tough after several minutes already thank you I hope you can use some of this advice or review to some good because I really love cinnamon rolls I love your apple pies but this would deter me for a long time of second thinking twice before going there and ordering that particular item thank you very much have a great...

There should be an option for a 1000 stars. Last night we came to this McDonald's to try to get some hot food for our family and friends. We had about 35 people in our house and over half of those were young kids. Because of the wonderful, devoted staff who gave up being with their family to come out and cook for us they were able to get some comfort food. Apparently the store had already been open for quite a few hours before we got there, but every single staff member that I encountered was extremely helpful, extreemly courteous and had a smile on their face. Every single staff member was working at a very quick pace yet things were getting done correctly. I just wanted to say that every single family member and friend that was in our house last night was highly impressed with you and were very glad that you take took time out of your day and away from your families to make our day a whole lot nicer. Please send a HUGE THANK YOU!!!!!! to every single wonderful employee that made hundreds if not thousands of tired, hungry people have something to smile about during what for us and most of the others that joined us started out being a day of cleaning and repairs turn into a "hey this isn't so bad after all, we got this." I truly do not like giving a bad review but in this case I have to.

We were there on a Saturday about 4pm. Both drive thru were busy. I needed to use the bathroom and my mom gave me a 10 dollar bill to get two sundays. Its unusual for me not to bring in my purse but she was waiting in the car so I went in.

I saw the kiosk to order your food and did not see a place to pay with money. Maybe I missed something but I approached the register to order as it was on and available

No one came and helped me. I got the attention of an employee twice but one just pointed at a different employee. The other one told me they would be back in a minute. They never came back. Two employees came in from outside and walked right by me.

They were very focused on the drive-thru window and it was very busy. I stood there for 15 minutes and no one ever helped me. I left then and we went over to Dairy Queen and got our ice cream.

Maybe I did something incorrect by not using kiosk and it threw them way off? Regardless, if a customer is standing at a register for 15 minutes without help I can't give a...
