Very very very bad customer service but like bad customer service!!!!!! I'm not kidding they have kids running this restaurant and I have never seen such a bad customer service in my life!!! When you first walk in only one guy yells welcome to moes and if you even want to call it yell!! Then everybody else is in a lil group between the cash register and the office laughing and talking you literally have to wait more than 5 minutes for someone to come and ask you what do you want and when they are finally asking you they are not even paying attention to you request! They are acting like they where in lala land if you know what I mean.... then when you complain to the "manager" (maybe 18, 19 years old ) he is rude not a smile not a how can I make this trip to moes better for you, not a can I personally make your order and make you fell better.... nothing just a fake I apologize and have a good day.... I'm been going to this moes sense it open I eve work in this moes back when Ed use to run it and I know better what position every employee should have at all time!!! And been talking and laughing in the office is not one of them!!! I use to love moes and I leave in titusville and I didn't mind traveling 30 min one way and 30 mind another way just to eat here and it been a long time sense I been here so today I decided to go have some moes and I was soo disappointed, sad, angry and very very let down by this people now I have to find another moes to go eat because me and my family are never going back to this location maybe when they bring the old moes back!! Clean, friendly always customer service is first and very important moes!!!! So sad... hope this message get to someone who...

One of the best burritos I have ever had This restaurant is located inside the Avenues at the viera. It is on the south side of the inner circle. I have been to this location many times over the years from when it first opened. You are greeted as you enter with the traditional, “Welcome to Moe’s” although the enthusiasm in the delivery has reduced over the years. The menu is along the wall on your left as you enter the line to order your food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One person takes your order, one adds extras, one prepares your plate or bag and other checks you out. There is seating both inside and outside the restaurant. The drinks and salsa are across from the register. They have a good selection of food to order and drinks to include iced teas. There are 3 types of salsa: two red types and one green. Lately, the food seems to have gotten markedly better. This last visit I ordered a homewrecker burrito and it was absolutely delicious. The restaurant has been slightly busy the last several times I have visited. They have an order-out option and the pick-up is right in front of the door. The restaurant was slightly dirty with unbussed tables and unswept floors. The prices are very reasonable due to a large amount of food served and the chips served with each meal. Overall I would recommend this to any hungry travelers in the area due to the food quality,...

Huge Moe's fan here, but this location fell short of my usual experience. My heart was set on their steak, but they were shockingly close to running out. The staff member even joked, "Hope you don't want steak!" which wasn't the most reassuring welcome.

They told me it would be a 13-minute wait for more steak, which surprised me since it wasn't already being prepped. It makes you wonder how they can run out of such a popular item with seemingly no one making more beforehand.

After waiting a bit longer than expected, I saw them prepping a bunch of steak for mobile orders. A little bummed, but I placed my order anyway, hoping this time would be the charm.

Unfortunately, the portion size was definitely on the small side, especially considering the wait. The employee who remembered me from earlier even joked about it, but I was hoping for a little more to make up for the experience. Great customer service can really go a long way!

On a positive note, the food itself tasted great, just like I expect from Moe's. The restaurant was also clean, and I could definitely smell the cleaning products (a good thing!).

Overall, while I'll definitely be back to Moe's, I'll be sticking to the location at Hammock Landing. They've always been on top of things and haven't let me down on the...

My son and I visited Moes for some casual and quick burritos. The employees behind the counter were so rude and disinterested in helping us or being relatively pleasant. All three individuals behind the counter looked like the customers were bothering them and took our orders without looking up or saying anything remotely nice. My sons chips were so salty he couldn’t eat them. My burrito was passable. The drink area wasn’t clean and the ice tea in the dispenser was hot. The tables were dirty and no one came to bus the table behind us at all. The decor and branding is extremely strange and mismatched. Would definitely not return.

If you order online make sure you check the order in the bag before you leave. I Ordered 2 of the exact same size burritos online, one just came with guac. This was the size difference between the 2 burritos. I thought I may have ordered a kids burrito by mistake but I paid for a full burrito. The tiny burrito was basically just all tortilla with a bit of fillings. I called back and they said they could only help me if I drove back to the restaurant which I really couldn't do at the time. Overall a pretty bad experience. Just going to Tijuana flats from now on
