Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Florida

My fiance and I ordered Moe's today and ordered online thinking it would help cut down any wait time. Boy were we wrong. We got there to get our food at the time they said it would be ready but it was absolutely not ready. We had to stand at the counter hoping for our food to come out or even someone to even greet us. Nothing. A woman comes out from the back, eventually, but is moving like molasses on a cold winter day in New York during a blizzard. People in front of us were just as angry as us at the lack of service and apparent speed to get our food to us. We didn't even get everything that we had ordered. No salsa, no queso AND the chips are stale. We eventually get out to the car and immediately check one of our burritos and (brace yourself) it's COLD! The HOT burrito that I was supposed to receive was cold because of their lackadaisical attitudes and terrible customer service. Update: we stopped going for about a year because it had gone downhill however we gave them another try recently and I'm happy to say it has greatly improved. They gave us plenty of food , fast service and friendly atmosphere. As long as it stays this quality we will keep coming back. :)

Place was completely empty on a Friday afternoon , that should have been my warning sign. Despite nobody being there we were rushed through the line (workers acted impatient), half their toppings are gone... (No green pepper , no mushroom , no cucumber, no lettuce ). Prices seem to increase constantly , paid $50 for 2 of the smallest burritos we've ever gotten... Taco bell made these look pathetic. 6+ workers using the drink machines constantly and standing around watching videos on their phones while all trashcans were over flowing and nowhere to set it. Booth seats torn to shreds... Place has seriously gone down hill. We will not...

I had a deal for a buy one get one on burrito or burrito bowl and I bought burritos. I can eat a lot and I ate a half a burrito and I was stuffed so since I had a buy one get one I had four meals! It comes with free tortilla chips and salsa and they definitely don't skimp on the tortilla chips. I don't eat out a lot but I did end up going back because I was just craving it after. I bought one for my friend and she ate the whole thing and a day or two later she told me she was wanting more. So I would definitely refer as it was just delicious and filling! I myself personally bought the steak homewrecker burritos and also about the same for my friend. I'm excited to try the adobe chicken with the cilantro lime rice next 😋🤤 I ordered any app for take out and it was a very simple procedure and everything was ready. Hope others enjoy as much as...
