Olive's Pizza and Tacos — Restaurant in Florida

I can't rate the food. I happened to be in the mall and needed a quick light lunch. I ordered 1 taco and was told there was a 2 taco minimum. At the time I was there, they did not have any customers, and two employees behind the counter and only 2 other people in the entire food court. I'm not interested in ordering more food than I can consume or wasting $$ and food because of a minimum. I'm confused as to why they can't/won't make 1 taco for a customer. I would think that all ingredients are pre-prepped and ready. And the menu listed a taco at $3.75, which would suggest you can order a single taco. Came in to the mall and it was the best experience of the day, originally wanted pizza so I got a slice of the cheese pizza and a slice of the three cheese. I’m an avid pizza junkie and this is by far some of the best pizza I have had since being in Florida! Absolutely perfect crispy crust!

I also basically live off tacos, and the tacos were very authentic Mexican tacos. Full of flavor and all the right textures, along with perfectly cooked corn tortillas. Will definitely be returning next time I’m in Vero Beach area! Great prices and fast...

Went here for the first time, the staff was kind and almost everything we had was a hit! Out of the tacos I had, the El Pastor tacos were the tastiest between the chorizo and carne asada. Horchata and Iced coffee drinks were refreshing. The fruit mix with chamoy and tajin was fresh and delicious.

Only thing my family didn't like were the two types of flan they offered. Not worth knocking off a star because of how good everything else was. Definitely worth a visit!! They also do sandwiches that aren't...
