Omg tell me why my friend and I had to wait 25 minutes for our food when the app initially stated the wait would only be 10 minutes. Normally I wouldn't get turnt over a long wait but I'm sure its not that hard to understand why its aggravating when i saw about 15 people order after us, and get their food before us. Its also not like we ordered a lot either, it was 2 soups and a grilled cheese sandwich. Maybe in a restaurant where they make their soups in house I could understand, but like what's the wait? The microwave? I don't think so..... The food was good when we got it but my lunch break was practically over by the time i got my food. I'm not sure how the staff prioritize orders, and perhaps using the app makes a difference, but imagine the people who work for food delivery apps, infringing on their bag is straight up disrespectful. But anyways, I will be coming back, hopefully next time with less of a wait. Love always...
Read moreI am positive this location is serving everyone almost half the portion of food then almost everyother location and cheating everyone for what they are paying for. Over the last few months while working in different areas I noticed the Panera I would eat at gave the proper portions. The soup bowl has a fill line and this location gives you almost half that. Sandwiches are layered as should be, this location puts as little as possible to just get by. The salads at other locations where full, this location makes you ask for more cause it's such a small amount. Then the reviews are not real. most of the good 5star reviews are just friends of people that work there and hang out all day taking up seats in the place never ordering any food. Read moreI’ve come into this Panera several times and the workers are nice and efficient at their jobs and I’ve never had an issue with the the food, however, the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. He belittles the workers and yells at them over insignificant things any chance he gets, and sometimes he does it in front of the customers which is very unprofessional. On one occasion when I came in to order food I overheard him speaking to one of the employees (who seemed new at the job) with an attitude because they needed help with an order. This behavior is just very unwarranted when it’s obvious the employees are trying their best, and there is especially no reason for him to do it in front of the customers to embarrass them.
