Pardon My Cheesesteak — Restaurant in Florida

I’m originally from the Philadelphia area so perhaps my bar is a bit high. Typically in Florida, even when places call it a Philly Cheesesteak, it’s never even close to how it’s done in Philadelphia. For example, no Philly is done with peppers or mushrooms. So when I saw Pardon My Cheesesteak, they looked promising because they do it the more traditional Philly way with just caramelized onions and cheese. However, their cheesesteak is far below average in every possible category. Certainly one of, if not the worst I’ve had in the area. The meat was thick, tough and greasy. And, the cheese was apparently the cheapest they could get. You could make a better cheesesteak by going to the grocery store and getting some frozen streak-ummm. Don’t waste your money. Eat...
