I have visited this place many times over the years, though this visit was the first time in quite some time. Upon walking in the smell of hot steak and cheese hits your nose which is always a welcoming experience. The menu is simple and to the point but I always get the same order: a small Philly with no onions or peppers, Cajun fries (I ask for extra crispy) and cheese sauce. It takes some time for them to prepare, but good food is worth the wait…. I so wish I could say this was worth it. For a SMALL Philly with only 2 ingredients, an order of fries, small drink and cheese sauce was $18!!! The quality of the food just isn’t there for that price. The bread was a tad stale, the cheese was almost non existent and the steak was over cooked. The cheese sauce was great, the fries could have been crispier. Writing a negative review for a small mom and pop shop is hard, and though I feel a tinge of guilt I cannot let that keep myself from being truthful. It isn’t worth the price. Had this meal been $10 all together then maybe I could justify the disappointing bread, lack of cheese and over cooked meat. But for near $20 I feel my money was wasted and there are so many great meals to be had for that price. Sadly to say I will be finding a new place to get my Philly Cheesesteaks even though this one used to be so great.

3 out of 5 stars. It wasn't bad at all. But wasn't the best either. After a tip, I ended up paying over 20 bucks for lunch. I hate the fact that if you want mayo, you pay an extra 75 cents. Lettuce? That's another 75 cents....for standard sandwich items. Even when I opted not to get the peppers and onions, I still was charged for mayo. That's a 1st for me. The large sandwich was good though, I felt the meat could have been seasoned better. Maybe leaving off the onions and peppers was the cause of the lack of flavor, but it could have used a bit of seasoning in my opinion. The tator tots were really good. I was offered cheese sauce with them... At 50 cents... Cheaper than the mayo mind you... And the sauce tasted like the nacho cheese in a can. Skip it. All in all it was an expensive, ok experience.

Recently visited Philly Cheesesteak on Eau Gallie Blvd. Selected a small BLT, a large Meatball Parmeson with mozzarella cheese & side of seasoned fries. Total was just under $30. (BE AWARE...bring cash. Extra charges for cc.) All 3 of us agreed the sandwiches were delicious & fries were probably the best I have had in a long time. We will definitely return to experiment on other choices. Kids meals are available also. Took our meal to the beach for a picnic but there were several tables in the restaurant should we chose to stay. Sandwiches were large enough that we ended up taking some home, but devoured later. Parking could be a challenge since it's in a strip mall but we didn't have any issue when we were there

Terrible customer service and delivery service. Big advise... Do not get a delivery if you live more than 5 MNS from the place bc your food will take over an hour and your food will be cold. We live 13 MNS away, we called and ask if they do delivery to our address. They assured us they do, so we order. The lady said that it'll take 45 MNS. Our food was delivered over 1 hr later. The food wasn't even warm, the fries were seasoned (specifically asked without season) and cold, the sandwich was room temperature. We called and the boy that answer was rude. We were on hold twice and then hanged up. Called back but we were put on hold immediately. We then decided to drive up to the place, which by the way smells like cigarettes as if they smoke inside the restaurant. When we got there and gave the lady at the counter the cold food. She told us that she will only remake the fries bc the sandwich stays hot in the wrapper for an hour and a half. She said that the driver burned her arm holding the sandwich when she brought it to us. So we were basically called LIERS. We tried to explain to her what we received at home. She told us that people that get deliveries should expect their food to NOT be hot! She wouldn't listen to us and refused to give us a warm meal. We were so frustrated from all the arguing from her that we just asked for our money back. She denied it and said we could only get a credit. We had to repeat ourself to her several times that we are not coming back. Then she told us to step aside bc she needed to take the order of the couple behind us that just walked in. Who in customer service does that? Tells a customer to move so the person behind them can go ahead when their problems haven't been resolved. Awful!!! Anyways, after the couple ordered, we went back to the counter and she handed us $19.10 .we told her that we gave the driver $24, but she refused to give us the rest. We just couldn't handle the rudeness anymore so we left. We are so disappointed of how the management handled the situation. They should've just remaked our food and we would've been happy customers that would've return for pick up only. They restaurant still stinks like...

Went to philly PA in April and had to try a philly cheesesteak cause of course while in rome right? Well I have to say no wonder thats what they are famous for !! O.M.G. we ate half of one from one place and bought one for the road from another to have later at the hotel well we all picked our favorite place (one of my travel companions is from philly so I knew he would be a hard nut to crack) however, we arent from philly so i knew would be hard to find a place local just as good ! Well I did!!! Phillys Finest IS THE BEST PHILLY CHEESESTEAK IVE EVER HAD EVEN AFTER THE ONES I HAD IN PHILLY!!! I had eaten there b4 going to philly and felt the same way but i will say the cheese sauce they use in philly is pretty darn good on a Cheesesteak but not healthy at all so when i asked if phillys finest had the cheese sauce she immediatly said no..so i ordered the cheesesteak with extra sharp cheddar and O.M.G. i ordered 3 of them one for me and 2 for my friends from philly and not to my surprise even he was thoroughly impressed!!! We love love love phillys finest because we dont have to fly all the way to philly to get them!! Who needs cheese sauce when u have the best block cheese available (which i think they sell by the pound :) ) cant wait for my next cheesesteak from phillys finest!! You gotta check...
