Walmart — Local services in Melbourne

It wouldn't let me leave just 0 stars. The pharmacy here deserves no stars. Constant disappointment from them and unfortunately today pushed me to transfer pharmacies for the last time. Tried to hold on as long as I could, and remain a customer but I couldn't do it! After calling to make sure my prescription would be ready I arrived 25 minutes after they had told me it would be ready as to knowing how they usually aren't the time they say. Went to the counter where the associate said it's not quite ready. Okay a little ticked off I was like alright. Told them my doctor gave me a discount card for money off my prescription (Can use it with my current insurance) The associate told me to go to the drop off counter and give the information. After doing so I said I'll be back to get my prescription in a few. Returning 10 minutes later I go to check out and the discount card wasn't applied. That's when the associate told me I couldn't use the discount card with my current insurance (even though it's used at other pharmacies with my insurance) and they can process it without insurance.. Knowing that would be a bad decision because it wouldn't save me any money but cost more I said forget it I'll just buy it like this but this is the last time I'm coming back to this awful pharmacy its always something with you all! That's when the pharmacist Zelda chimes in and starts to say stop getting irritated. (I'm highly irritated at this point) She comes over to the counter and holding my prescription telling me about how I can switch pharmacies instead of helping with all the issues.. I never have a good experience with your pharmacy as to why when I immediately left I called to switch. Neighboring pharmacies agreed with me how awful that location is and how it took them 25 minutes to get any assistance. So do yourself a favor and go to ANY OTHER...

Seems like every walmart I go to lately the employees are miserable. The items I wanted to purchase said one price when I grabbed it but at check out the rang up as a higher price so thank God I realized it and when I asked the person at self check to fix the problem with the price and they gave me attitude like I did something wrong. On top of it they make you feel like a criminal by searching my bag on the way out. To grab a customers bag and recipt made me feel alittle uncomfortable. I'm officially done with walmart. I understand that people have to do their jobs and I don't mind showing my receipt whatsoever I'm willingly doing it every time handing them the receipt smile on my face everything is good to go they grab your bag open it looking through the items you purchased kind of rub me the wrong way and like I said I don't mind people doing their job but I think that was a little bit too far I am done with purchasing my items and then on the way out having to prove to them that I did purchase my items if that's how it's going to be don't put self checkouts at any Walmart put it back I get used to be and higher cashiers to fill every single register that way if anything is wrong it's not your fault. Oh yeah you don't have to feel like you have to be searched and watched It's kind of uncomfortable and I'd rather just shop somewhere else everybody can do with a Jews go to Walmart and not go to Walmart but I choose to get away from that kind of environment and that kind of treatment after I just spent my money at their store...

The actual store and floor employees are great, clean and friendly and deserve a 5 star rating. However due to the rude and profiling Store Manager, my overall rating is 3 stars. If we didn’t live down the street, we would take our money elsewhere solely because of this man. Rude and stalks innocent people rather than those actually doing wrong. We have spent a lot of money in this store through the years. He follows you completely through the store and even out in the parking lot. Yet when you walk up to him and hand him your receipt, he gets cocky and lies and says “I’m not looking at you, I am waiting for my guys”…Yet stands there arms crossed staring straight at you. I totally get the crime in this area and understand to a point. But we have shopped at this store for over 10yrs, you would think it would sink in that just because someone has tattoos on their arms, does not make them a thief, as well as clearly seeing its a CELL PHONE coming in and out of a pocket when he follows barely an elbow length away. Today was the absolute final straw and logged complaint with corporate and will continue to do so until he stops harassing my husband. And if it does not stop, legal action will be next against this man . This is absolutely unacceptable behavior of a Senior Management representative.
