HYWAZE — Local services in Melbourne

Disappointed at the direction this store is heading. This was my go to for disposable vape pens. Always spot on. Never an issue. Happily drove past half a dozen other vape shops to go here. That's all changed.... Stopped in last Wed morning to pick up a vape pen. Guy behind the counter was struggling to get my product scanned. Another employee (possibly manager) suggested I try the Hywaze brand pen as it was only $10 more and was double the oil. I agreed, but it rang up at $30 more. When I mentioned that, she knocked $10 off. Ok, so I was cool with that. Less than 48 hours later and the pen is useless. The mouth piece has slowly clogged with oil to the point where it's impossible to get a hit. Lesson learned. I should have stuck with what I knew was a good product and I will, but I'll be purchasing...

My friend told me they have a sale on vapes 50% off. While, I was checking out, I was talking to a sweet cashier named Amanda. Who is expecting her 2nd. Child in January. After,I got home I realized I left my phone at the store, once I returned to the store, I saw Amanda and said did I leave my phone and she said yes I did. She gave it back to me it had a post sticker on it.. Sai d you forgot your phone here,but don't worry I kept it safe! Amanda, I just wanted to reiterate once again, for keeping my phone safe..your kindness was much appreciated and I wish you all the best on welcoming your 2nd to be Princess ( Brandy) in January!!! We walked up to the door and it was locked even though it says that they should be open till 8 (it was 5). A lady walks up and says that she has been waiting for thirty minutes with no luck. We go get some food and we go back about ten minutes later and a man is walking up the same times as us. He looks at us with a scowl and goes what do you want? Acts like it’s a huge problem that we are there (even though they are open?). Then man goes it’s dinner time, what do you want. We go to pick up our food after and when we walk out there’s another man there waiting so apparently being gone for 30 min while being open wasn’t enough because it’s “dinner time.” Such terrible customer service....
