It’s important to note this location is not a “true” T-Mobile store, but a franchise. I typically can use the same screen protector for a year or two before it cracks. I went to this store to replace it. After 4 days, it already had several cracks. I brought it back and the employee offered a free replacement. Again within 2 weeks it was cracked in several places. I went back and asked why this might be happening, as it’s never been an issue before. I asked if there were other, stronger screen protectors that I may have been using before (I had used other locations previously). I was assured this was the one they used everywhere, that it was my fault for how I was handling the phone, and they tried to upsell me on a monthly membership for protectors. Again it cracked quickly (10 days or so). I finally went to the New Haven location where they confirmed that there are several better screen protectors, and that the one I had been getting was flimsy and easy to crack. She often threatens to call the PD on women customers for no apparent reason other than she sees them as some type of threat to her Mussolini want- to-be dysfunctional personality. The reason this store cannot retain an employee is because she is for some reason allowed to treat her coworkers as badly as she treats customers. If she doesn't feel like answering the phone she won't. Today (on a Sat. afternoon) I called, there was no answer and the recording indicated that the voice mail (memory) was full.
