Spirit Halloween — Local services in Kissimmee

Utterly appalling staff attitude.

We came in here as 6 time visitors to Florida all the way from the UK and this is single handedly the worst reception we have had in any establishment in the USA.

We walked in with our 8 month old in a trolley from next door to be welcomed by ‘you are going to have to leave if you bring that in they are not allowed in here’…. Before we could even reply another member of staff we assume muttered ‘and your bags will be check on the way out’.

First of all we understand if store policy is not to allow trolleys in from another store however there is a way to speak to customers and also this is the first store in just over 20 days who has asked us to remove a trolley when they can see we have our baby in it.

Secondly, we didn’t pay £3000+ plus on flights for a family for 4 from a country that barely celebrates Halloween to sneak a trolley into a store and steal some masks and assuming we would do this before we even opened our mouths to reply is just an absolute joke.

The staff need to realise they aren’t working in a secure government facility, but instead a Halloween themed store and also learn some basic manners...

Holy crappppp! I'm not the one to complain much about spirit even tho there are some rude workers.....but I have to say about this. The manager working on Monday boy......Gloria I think was the name. There was tap to pay issue on machine. I told her it has a error problem reading tap. I had my wife try her's out and same issue. We tried both on Android and IOS. Card's never had issues I just got gas with it before coming. She mentioned there's nothing wrong with the machine.....UM hello.... this machine doesn't read the tap can we try different one? She says nothing wrong with it....once again 🙄 explains same statement. The store was clearly not so busy. We just ran out of there b/c I didn't wanna waste anymore breath on this. She didn't look like she cared if she lost 300 dollars worth of stuff not being sold. It's one thing to just try fix the problem and transfer the stuff over to different machine....especially...

Today October 26th I was attended by a group of members on the store. While I was trying to do an exchange and the assistant manager Danna was laughing with all her co-workers doing me and my partner wait for more than 25 minutes with no reason. At least the most rude services I have received....
