Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florida

Very bad customer service and experience! First, my account has been updated for months with the correct contact information. We order at least 3 times a month and I’ve lived in the same location for two years now and havent had an issue like this before. We have specific instructions to CALL because the apartment is in the BACK of the main residence. Not the side, the BACK. We placed an order at 3:15 and called at 4:30 asking what happened. They said they called but the number was wrong and knocked but someone slammed the door in their face. Clearly you didn’t knock on our door because anyone expecting pizza wouldn’t close the door in your face. We also never received any calls. Whoever helped us over the phone said they would remake our order and would call the number when they arrived. We got a call so I went to meet or new Pizza and pay. Our total online said 25.17, our new bill was 36 something. I asked Pat, our delievery driver and he said he didn’t know but call the store and Tracy could help us. Just tell her he saw the email with the price. I called and Tracy said that’s for online only and when they cancelled to ring it in it was more. No one told us our new price nor did anyone say we should just place the new order online again to get the same price. I said well why wouldn’t you contact us to let us know there was a price difference. She said she didn’t know who took our order and that it was our fault and there’s nothing they could do. Not to mention in the process of explaining the whole story and how our normal driver NEVER has an issue we were hung up on. Very unprofessional and rude. Won’t be ordering from here again and will also tell everyone about what a horrible experience we had and the lack of customer service and care we...

Meh. This Pizza Hut is OK maybe, if they got rid of the cocky tattooed idiots that worked inside last time I went in. . I would have to say, the pizza is borderline OK. I can tell some of the locals work in here because some of the employees are kind of obnoxious. Some of them, they just have this holier than thou attitude seemingly. They might be Yankees or something, I cant really place my finger on it, but it's just a cocky attitude at the store front. That kind of silent aggression they speak of with lateral violence it kind of seems. A pushiness of sorts. I also did recently order a stuffed crust pretzel bread pizza with peperoni. And the driver that delivered my order was quick and, I gave a decent tip. But The crust was the worst thing I have ever had nearly in my life. Burnt blackened and black spots on the cheese. very bad. Barf. But it wasn't the drivers fault so I didn't send it back and ate it. Plus the kids didn't mind so much. But did say look daddy it's burnt. They were starving so they ate it. And I dealt with it. Gave me bad runs though. Wish I could see if they brought the football to the park to toss around, and drove over the curbs and sidewalk to park in front of the picnic huts. Because then we would know if we were dealing with a Yankee or not. But none the less just not good pizza and the previous order, it was about the same just dealt with it to eat. 2 stars because it's there but meh...

They close at 9pm i was just told at 8:54pm. The hours say midnight. So beware they close at 9pm! Wish these places would pull it together and put the correct hours on line!!! Was told by a different Pizza Hut when I called them and told them what happened that they were supposed to be open till Eleven pm. Said well when the young girl answered the first words it if her mouth was we close at 9pm. I said that's not what it says online. She repeated we close at 9pm so can't take a order for delivery. I said well then fix your online store hours which I just now did for them! The young man at this other Pizza Hut said they'd be happy to deliver to me. So hopefully they will be great pizzas as no one seems to be consistent in their food quality anymore. But I asked and he said they were good and so I've got my fingers crossed : smiles: If they ate, then for now in we will just go to them. Tyrone just lost our biz PERIOD!! WE ORDER AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK.. So your loss, and we tip! Argh it's aggravating to call places and they lie because they are lazy and don't want to work and not a dag thing one can do about it., Just call another and cross fingers!! One star because have to give something. Loved them but despise liars, laziness and ones that do what they want. I would think the owner would want to know why his biz does no biz...
