We ordered a pizza at 6:03 pm. It is now 8:16 pm. The Slice app, whose help rep contacted them, said they said they were already on the way twice, once about 40 minutes ago, and again 20 minutes ago. I literally live 7 blocks away and it doesn't take more than 5 minutes to drive from there to here. They are lying and now apparently the manager is refusing to come to the phone so they can't cancel my order and get a refund. I get being behind on a Friday night, but we're well over two hours past when we ordered and well past the time it should have taken to get here both times that they lied and said they were on the way. Never ever ordering from this place again.
UPDATE: I called and the story now has changed and they insist they handed a pizza to me at 6:30. This after it had apparently just left the store at 7:20, and then had just left the store and was on the way again at 7:50. The girl on the phone said the driver "handed it to you." They insisted it was definitely me and he had location tracking on his phone that showed that he came to my house. No one came to my house. The fact that they are arguing this, when I made it clear over the past hour that I am still waiting for my pizza is insane. I'm sitting here hungry with two kids waiting for our dinner for 2.5 hours, and then the staff there straight up lie and try to act like the driver's car data is indisputable proof that he handed me, specifically me (idk how he's supposed to know that,) the pizza because I'm sitting here trying to scam them over a stupid $25 pizza? While listening to my kids whine about when the pizza is going to be here? Absolutely ridiculous. These people are dishonest and have zero idea how to treat their customers. Stay far away!!
ANOTHER UPDATE: They never refunded my money like the girl on the phone said they would, so now I'm having to go through my bank to dispute the transaction. So much of my time and energy wasted on this stupid BS. At this point it's just the principle even though it was a...
Read moreI live in Kenneth City and have a 4 year old son that loves pizza so we looked online last night for something different and seen this place. I pass it everyday and figured looking from the photo's of the pizza and other food they sell it looked great and how they've got so many great reviews blows my mind. They advertise Sicillian pizza and when I went to pick up our order there were and please don't take offense but a little Mexican guy behind the oven and it threw up a flag right away, not being racist but if I went out for Mexican food and seen an Italian cooking it would have given me the same impression but I went ahead and paid for the order, brought it home and honestly would have been better off going to Walmart and getting frozen pizza. I'm giving my honest opinion and would advise anyone looking for pizza to save your money and spend it elsewhere as that place was horrible. I bought 2 large pizza's for $30 which is about $29.99 too much. My wife told me to call but I don't want a refund yet would rather put a review on here as I threw the 2 boxes that only had 3 slices taken out in the garbage. 1 of the worst pizza places I've...
