So, I actually really like this place. Been going there since they opened not too long ago. Great vibes, friendly people. Been super cool. The reason for 3 stars (which, for any other shop would have been zero or one star), is because they have a ZERO returns policy. Even if the device is defective. Which is unfortunate. I spent $25 more than normal on the device (they're $35 online, and $45 at another shop locally, I bought it for $60 at The Spot because I wanted to support my local shop), And now I'm just kinda stuck with it. Guess I'll just order online like I was going to originally. lol!
Warranty department said I could send it in 15 days after purchase (because the seller is supposed to warranty it for 15 days). They also said, because it's discontinued (which would've been nice to know. Means I won't be able to get replacement pods and stuff for it), it will take at least 4 weeks to fix, and I would have to cover shipping. So, even though I really dug this shop, I'm just kinda screwed, and feel obligate not to shop here anymore. Maybe just don't buy devices from them? Or do so knowing that...

I just called them and spoke with someone who informed me that they donāt offer returns/exchanges, even on defective merchandise with proof of purchase. They said thereās a sign posted somewhere behind the register but it should be visible to all patrons, near payment station or somewhere listed on the receipt. Most of these shops have warranties with the manufacturers etc and can claim defective products but apparently not here. Do yourself a favor and go...
