Five Below — Local services in Haines City

The store is great merchandise is great. Management not so much. They over hired with it being a new store & now employees that are hard workers are not being scheduled. They were not told this upon hire so they cannot pay their bills & are having to find new employment. Managers have issues emails telling them not to question not having hours, not to bother the managers as they have families & don't want to be held up they want to leave work on time. They also told them not to 'text' in call outs, they need to call on the phone. Meaning people are calling out for shifts while hard, working reliable associates that were hired with the understanding, as most jobs, if you get hired you will work, are not getting any hours. I was very excited to have this store close but I will NOT support this store or the horrible management. I will drive the extra miles & continue to support the Kissimmee 5 Below. Anyone who cares about employees being treated like this should not support...

My first experience there I could have been much better. I would have purchased much more than the two items that I did purchase had I not felt like I was being watched every single second I was in that store that was a very uncomfortable feeling I don't think I will return.... there was definitely a selection of products but if you can get past the uneasy feeling of everybody is staring at you just waiting on you to put something in your pocket that doesn't belong to you if you can make it past that feeling then I guess you're good to go because the selection the variety is great I won't go back there for the simple fact of the way I felt...

I am really disappointed. If is 5 below you expect it to be 5 dollars or less. But now the store have a lot of things over 5. I can understand that the time change and the cost of life is more. If so... change the brand to another name. Also never have to many things for samsung users. The 4 rotating columns they have (each column have 4 face) only one face if all column have samsung products. And they don't even have my size. I can understand there is a lot of apple users. But we are also a big community of samsung users too. Just...
